Never again. No signs up. Store closed only drive thru open. I waited 20 mins behind cars & cars behind me waited 20 mins. Person taking drive thru orders waited 5 mins from saying Hold one moment to Can I please take your order. I ordered some tacos and a jr. bacon cheeseburger. Then the person on the mic says sorry sir, we're out of tacos and can't get your burger ready as well.Couldn't Jcak in the Box at least put signs up? I could've been in and out of their next door competition, Panda Express, inside or drive thru as I watched their customers get food fast and leave within 8 mins or less.Needless to say, I got out if my car, told the 5 cars waiting to place their drive thru order behind me the bad news and they all reversed and left.I love Jack in the Box tacis for 30+ years now but not sure I'll ever go back to this location again until management figures out how to better run it.

This has to be one of the cleanest fast food restaurants I’ve seen!

Tried to give them a chance but it just didn't work out. The first time around midnight, I stopped by to pickup up some stuffed jalapenos and some fries. I needed some more fries because it felt like I ordered salt instead of fries. The stuffed jalapenos were anything but stuffed. When I pulled them out of the bag they were flat like a balloon that had been deflated. My next visit around midnight, I ordered an egg and cheese croissant and a hash brown. Keep in mind I said egg and cheese only. When I open the croissant wrapper, it's an egg, cheese, and sausage croissant. Most would see this as a bonus except I do not eat meat. I haven't eaten beef or pork since the 90s. So once again I was disappointed, but at least the hash brown was good. The only other plus was the young lady that took my order was exceptionally pleasant both times.

They're always on point with Uber Eats and one of the fastest in the area. Never unsatisfied with what delivers. It is Jack in the Box, so basing the 5 star rating on comparison to other similar restaurants.

The shakes were good and I'm not normally a fan of their shakes. And the lady at the drive-thru was exceptionally nice and patient. It's very hard to come by these days unfortunately. Food was delicious and fresh. I love Jack in the box because they serve breakfast all day and other people should follow suit. I like to eat breakfast at all times of the day to be honest. LOL the drive-thru speed was pretty quick as well. The only thing is that their speaker when you order isn't very loud and I think that it can be a little confusing because the driver is screaming to compensate thinking they can't hear them well and I'm pretty sure that a nerves workers. And makes it so staticy they can't hear them either.

The drive thru is absolutely horrible. They messed up my order when I clearly told them what I wanted. It was not what I got. There are so many cars behind me, asking me to double check my order is ridiculous. I work for the government and my boss would get really mad at me if I messed up as bad as fast food employees do. I don't get what is with this generation z. I never had this many mess ups in my order a mere 10-15 years ago. The mediocre employees should be fired. It should be as strict as moving companies. Every worker there is forced to work by the highest standard.

Wanted to order the Mini Tacos Big Box, but didn't have it. 3 days before, I came there to try the same thing and they said their systems were down. This location isn't reliable compared to other places.

Poor service no one ever helps lobby always dirty

I went yesterday and they claimed their grill wasn’t working so they didn’t have any sandwiches at all, went the today asked if their grill was working, got a weird “yes” from the same employee from the previous day, then tried ordering a pita and they said they didn’t have that, then i get to the window and employee asks “do you want any condiments” i said ranch and they say we don’t have that, if you don’t have items put it outside on the menu so people don’t waste their time, or close the store if you don’t have any menu items.
