My nephew just went to the Jack in the box at FM 1128 and 5:18 in Pearland Texas. He is mentally handicapped and cannot drive a car so he wrote his bike into the drive-thru to place his order and the person at the window refused to take his order. I think this is an absolute disgrace of your restaurant and I will do everything I can to let everyone know how your company treats the mentally handicapped. If this is what you teach your employees you should all be ashamed of yourselves.
I went last week around 7pm. waited at the speaker box 8minutes, no one said anything. I drove to the drive thru window, there was a young guy just walking around. As I left I saw an older lady with a headset at the door smoking. I wonder how they continue to have business. Anyway I just drove to the Jack in the Box on 35 and John Lizer Rd. I always get good service there. Sometimes you have to drive further to get a better service, worth it.
On February 19th, 11:00pm I went through the drive thru, or should I say attempted. The car in front of me was told to wait, no big deal but the lady never came back! The cars continued to line up and Ms.Lady never came back. I can't believe you guys pay her real money to do absolutely nothing. I went to the El Dorado location instead.
Went to the other JB in town and they were out of tacos. DRAT! They had 'em here! Great job!Taco fix achieved!
I went to this location for their breakfast during lunch time since their breakfast was labled as being served all-day. Unfortunately that was not the case. When I arrived at the drive-thru I placed my order and the person taking my order was quick with an attitude to tell me "We aren't doing breakfast right now." I was quite confused as even outside on the drive-thru menu the same banner was displayed on how breakfast was served all day. Quite dissappointing honestly. This location could use a menu change if that's what's needed and possibly new staff, I never feel welcome here.
Order 185 JIB# 3929 , craving ofcourse, stuffed jalapenos fresh and great , blazin chuck fresh and great , tacos super sucked not fresh at all and that what I was craving everything else was for the family I got the short end of the stick . Thanks Jack
Just very poor customer service. It was a late night order and you probably don’t want to be working, but you still try to fake it. Just bad hard fries and bad attitude. Night shift is not good
Went thru drive by and got a shake. Food and service was as expected. Timely and friendly. I must say here that the Scarsdale Box was disappointing at the least. Curt response to from the window. The order was wrong. When I went back the result was a smart mouth clerk. When I objected to her response she persisted in her remarks. I left without a replacement,no refund and a parting smart mouth Employee. I had to leave as I was building up to embarrassing myself. Never to return.
More times than not this location will tell me they are not taking orders waiting for employees to show up. Despite multiple cars in the lot. Sometimes they don't even answer. Skip this location.
I've made a report and still nothing I guess since we really didn't purchase anything, but we purchase from jack in the box at least 3 times a week.. ??? halloween night my 15yo went all out for Jack we made him a jack mask, looking forward to having dinner at jack in the box and when we walk in, already inside waiting to order, we get a guy tell us to go through drive thru Brevard they don't have anyone to take orders??? so we left across the street to raising canes.. what a disappointment! We didn't even get to eat what we wanted but we got very great service at raising canes
