Just keeps going downhill. Ordered tacos and they came with no meat in then. Order a combo meal and they forget the fries. Just getting absolutely ridiculous. The staff can't seem to do even the simplist of jobs.

Smh its not a good place to eat.. managers are very disrespectful I try to order and they just look at me like it i wasn't there,, she was just eating and talking to her coworkers n ignore me..not recommended. It was a Puerto Rican looking manager

Been here a gajillion times. Food is normal Jack in the Box food. 1/10 times they mess up and forget something for your order so just do a quick double check in the drive thru.

You know it's fast food. The people who work there very friendly

New staff, no organization, took 15 minutes with a line of 3 people. Pulled me around front, still had to go in for food. Food was wrong, had to drive back around and get fixed. Unacceptable.

Thanks for being open Christmas Eve, but the service is painfully slow in the drive thru. 20 plus minutes so far. I’m typing this at the order board and have been here 3 songs already. Sooooo slowwwww………

Service gets worse and worse everytime... yall applied for the job.. all we want is some food without the attitude.. management really needs to step up.

While inline to order, I placed a mobile order using the Jack in the Box app. After waiting 20 minutes, I finally made it to the drive thru window (I was only behind 3-4 cars the entire time) and was asked by the drive thru employee to drive around to the front of the restaurant and wait for my food.After another five minutes and the person waiting in front of me having already entered the restaurant several minutes earlier to check on her order, I did the same. At the counter I observed only three employees working - the young man at the drive thru, another young man near the fry station, and what appeared to be the supervisor woman also near the fry station. I heard the woman ask the man "what was the mobile order" referring to the order I had placed 25 minutes earlier. At that, I caught their attention and requested to have my mobile order cancelled and a refund issued.The woman stated she did not know how to refund a mobile order and the man said I could cancel the money transfer through the app (which I couldn't since the transaction had already been processed). I departed the restaurant understanding of their dilemma due to short staff but the entire experience left me with no interest in dining there again.Complete disorganization by the restaurant owner and apparent lack of leadership.

Wish we could leave negative stars. If you like good old nasty cold stale fast food then by all means eat here. Disgusting and horrible customer service
