I was in IHOP in Silverlake in Pearland. and we waited 45 mins for our food and they just made our food. The manager said our food order was just put in 29 mins ago. And then when we finally got our food. It was 6 people and 1 person didn't get their food at all. So the manager said he wasn't charging for the one meal and that wasn't the problem. The problem was the customer service and us having to wait for our food and it still was correct. Everybody will be finished eating before I get my meal. Nobody meal was correct. We are so frustrated. I have never seen this before
Thank you to Luis for being a star this morning. I ordered 2 family platters and would have had a frustrating experience had it not been for his help. Genuinely a kind, caring manager that goes the extra mile for his customers. I think that this kind of service is what makes the difference. Not all employees are going to have the same degree of professionalism, but with Luis, I left impressed.We need more people like him.
Just had a wonderful experience for our family breakfast celebrating our two year old’s birthday. The staff was fantastic and took great care of us very well! The food was delicious and we have leftovers for lunch. They even came and sang a joyful happy birthday unrequested and our two year old loved it! Definitely recommend!
It was good except for the eggs. I asked for scrambled. They are not real eggs, they were the liquid eggs from a carton. The liquid and powered eggs turn ny stomach. Next time I will ask for med well and scramble myself. Waitress was very nice and fast. Thank you for your service
The food tasted good but someone needs to teach the cook what soft scrambled eggs are and how to make sure the pancakes are not so raw in the middle. The staff are very friendly and nice. They follow COVID protocols.
They are not 24 hours! Liars! Went in at 530am and was told they are only doing carry out. This seems to be the trend for all 24 hour businesses. If a restaurant wants to alter their hours of operation then that's fine but they need to update their signs, their website, etc so they are not wasting my time and gas.
Curbside pick-up app does not work. We had to go inside and stand in a very long line to get our food after ordering online. A link for curbside pick-up was texted to us to tap once we got there so a worker could bring our food out to us. Management is not helpful. Over all service is not good. If you're hungry and you want something fast, cook it yourself or go somewhere else.
I should have read and listened to all of the bad reviews regarding this IHOP location. I placed an order for curbside pickup today and followed the instructions on the app when I arrived. After waiting for 15 minutes I decided to get out of my car and ask the receptionist nicely for my order (I did not even mention the fact that I had been waiting for a while in my car). The receptionist (short male with slicked back hair) was very rude when I asked for my order. I kindly asked for some plates for my family and I since we were on the road and proceeded to tell me with a very bad attitude that that was something he could not provide. I asked if he could check with his manager, the manager then comes with the same terrible attitude to tell me that is something they don’t normally provide but he would make an “exception”? They proceed to give me tiny plates that would probably only fit a cupcake and they tell me “that’s all we have”. I then kindly ask for my drinks, the receptionist hands them to me and makes a “go away” gesture with his hand before turning his back on me. If you’re reading this, please save yourselves the bad experience, do not come to this IHOP location. My family and I are not ones to complain and are very accommodating people, but this location’s terrible customer service just appalled us.
We had breakfast this morning and th food was outstanding! Hailey our waitress was super friendly (laughed at my lame jokes) and was super fast and attentive!???
ordered online to go.. waited for food for 20 minutes no one ever came out for curbside after letting them know we were there.. my husband went inside and they kept saying they didnt get it using our last name.. i went back inside they had are order the whole time. told them my first name thats how they found it. the food was cold by the time we got home and ate. i wont b going back
