This IHOP had the worst service I've ever experienced. Waiter was unattentive. Food came out not as ordered. Ticket was delivered even before our meal was halfway done. No boxes were offered until asked. And I not only speak of the waiter but the entire staff as a whole. An elderly woman with a walker needed help to exit and staff were just standing around watching her struggle to open the door. I, myself, held the doors for her to exit and also walked her to her vehicle as I left. I would put no stars but seeing as 1 star is the lowest I can go, I guess it must be done. I highly recommend another establishment to anyone trying to enjoy their meal!!!!
Absolutely terrible. First thing they did was give us silverware covered in food. Then got coffee with a bunch of shavings floating around in it. And after getting our order wrong for the plates of 4 stack pancakes and one sandwich our total was 40$. I told them the food was dry and unpleasant and they took 3 dollars off our bill. 37$ waste of time
Worst Customer service! Servers are rude and ignore you from the moment you walk in. It took forever for them to welcome us it even acknowledged us after that our server came to our table once and wouldn’t let us place our order because she was tending other people but we saw her just standing in the back talking the entire time. I won’t be coming back ever.
The food was excellent. I ordered an omelette with spinach, mushroom, onion, tomato and cheese... It was one of the best omelettes that I've had from IHOP. The food took some time to prepare. There weren't many people in the restaurant at the time either. Also, the restaurant wasn't clean... The floor and tables both could use some disinfectant... They just need to close and steam clean the entire place.
Zero organization (or maybe not enough staff) for Saturday and Sunday mornings?? It's insane not being able to properly handle your obvious busiest days. Seriously get it together. 3 stars because the food is always good.
worst costumer service ever!
Worst IHOP experience in my life. The pancake were undercooked and runny. When I mentioned it to the waiter she mentioned that they knew the batter was off and it's been off most of the day and they would try to make new pancakes. The new ones came out just the same as the old one and when I mentioned it they said that they were going to take a discount on the bill as they knew that the pancakes weren't good. After speaking with the manager, they only took $0.60 off the bill and that's all that they would do. No one in my family were really able to eat and they only would do a $0.60 cent discount. My family never be going back to this IHOP again.
It seemed like a hey had stuffed as many tables I'm the restaurant as they could. Not good with a covid epidemic going on. We got a table fast enough and our drinks but had to wait almost 40 minutes for our food. That we saw in the window for what was at least 10 minutes. Very disappointed.
Ok it doesn’t even deserve a star and that is real 100 … the list is too long I don’t even want to write this on here … put it this way from not being seated to being told we can seat our self if we can find a clean table to not getting waiting on to watching everyone walk out together and then the waitress had the nerve to question me about my service dog and tell me that dogs are not allowed… wow I was flabbergasted.. I mean is service allowed… IHOP sorry but you will go down in history as being the worst place I have ever eaten or I should say not eaten… I can even believe it really … I have whole videos of this situation I mean I even went as far as putting it on tictoc.. it was bad
just ordered an omelette and it looks horrible ham not even in the eggs everything just thrown in the container pieces of other food in my omelette disgusting and very disappointed
