This is by far the worst hooters I’ve been to. It’s 6:45 pm on a Sunday and it’s completely dead in here yet for some reason we have had the slowest service imaginable. We ordered the loaded tots as an appetizer, there was hardly any bacon on it and it tasted like a grease bomb. Our entrees didn’t come out at the same time either. For some reason we were waiting on fries which makes no sense bc that should be faster to cook than chicken wings and shrimp. By the time we got the fries my shrimp and cheese sauce was cold. Our waitress was nice but extremely slow. Not sure if she forgot about us but she took forever to take our cc so we could pay and leave. Again this place is completely dead so it makes so sense. Management needs to step it up bc front of the house and back out the house is dropping the ball. I’d hate to see how horrible the service would be if they actually had business bc they can’t handle the minuscule amount of people that were in there.
Never ate at hooters and decided to try this place since not much is open in pearland.I wanted to recognize the service we received from Karina. She provided us with exceptional service from beginning to end. She was super cheerful. Smiling! And made our experience worth while.I’ll definitely come back. And I hope the restaurant will recognize karina
Food had mold on the bun… unbelievable!!
5 star For the bartender that's the only reason why I'm giving this rating. Fefe The best bartender ever her mixology skills are professional and renowned. And her conversation in time spent not only do I feel like a customer but family.
Overall great service and food! Our waitress Andy was really funny and super cool, 10/10 would go again
Friendly staff all the time
The service wasn't the best. On a Monday night they didn't have Monday night game showing on the main T.V.They were watching the Rockets game. Not dissing the Rockets, but this is Monday night football. " Come on man!".On top of that. They messed up my order and my fries were cold. ?
The service was top notch. Melissa who is one of the managers was very friendly, attentive and engaged with customers. The atmosphere was friendly and welcoming. Their smoked wings are AMAZING!
Love the atmosphere and watching all kinds of sports.
My Grandson really loved Hooters, our waitress was a big hit, I'm still waiting on him to tell me about the food. It was good to us.
