I don't even know where to begin, Im almost speechless over how bad this food was! First, I ordered on Doordash and I know that to be mistake number one. My food was so cold it was inedible and disgusting. I got my kids the “weebird” burritos and they are a complete joke smh lol! I can laugh about it now but they were literally the size of a bar of Dove soap. TINY and maybe enough food for a 2 year old. I had no idea because we always eat Chipotle and this was our first, AND LAST time trying Freebirds. The chicken on my burrito bowl was diced into the tiniest little pieces they were smaller than the diced tomatoes. A total waste of money for a cold meal with hard rice and barely enough ingredients to feed a toddler. Never again. Excuse the picture with the dirty fork but I had to post a picture if the size of the bits of chicken. There was maybe almost a table spoon of chicken in the entire bowl smh.
I always order 15-20 minutes in advance. They claim that they will have your order in 10 minutes\\n\\nEvery single time I come - it would have been faster to simply just show up and order at the front desk. What is the point of ordering in advance if you’re not going to prioritize it?
Idk if it's the texture of the rice or the beans are not cooked all the way. The texture is off with one those two. This was my second time with the same issues. The meat is not very favorable. It will fill you up though, but definitely not the best burrito I've ever had.

This was my first time ordering from here, my son wanted a burrito and I wanted queso and cheese and they did not disappoint, seasoned chicken burrito was huge and tasty and queso was on point, we will be ordering again

This location has always treated me well. I appreciate the options for customizing your burrito, wonder why people would go to any competitors when Freebirds exists in Texas. I was surprised to see a plant based chorizo now being offered, so I will have to try that on a later visit. This last time I got a burrito bowl and the portions were just right for a quick, satiating lunch.
What came first, Freebirds or Chipotle? Freebirds of course! Great have it made your way burrito restaurant. No rice or beans for me thank you. Load up the prime rib! Enjoy whenever we are in the area. Will be back.
I rarely do reviews for restaurants. However, it’s a must. My husband suggested that we are at free birds instead of our usual, chipotle. Now why would he do that? I have no idea. I ordered a bowl which was extremely salty, cold, with barely no lettuce. I was so disappointed because I could not taste different flavors. Everything tasted like salt. I threw the bowl away. My husband ordered a burrito and pretty much had the same experience. I was so disappointed. We will never forsake you again, chipotle. My recommendation is that someone investigate the poor food quality here.
