I always see this place and pass it by. Tonight I made the choice to try it and I am glad that I did. The Black guy with glasses at the window was handsome and his smile and customer service skills were even better. He recommended his fave custard which I will try next time. Keep up the good work.
I just flat love their burgers. The service was great, as always, and it was clean.
Always good and 90% of the time the dining room is clean. They were busy the last time I was there and some of the tables were a little dirty. They guy handing out orders was kinda rude as well.
Quick service. Really crispy fries. They give you a lot. Burger had thin patty with charred edges. Lean beef flavor. Had buttered toasted bun and deli pickles.
Wasn't impressed with the food honestly. burger was worse then McDonald's in my opinion. only thing I enjoyed was the fries dipped in the fry sauce. I did throw away half my meal though. won't be back, but it was nice to try something different.
Food is always fresh,never disappointed when i order here.
Saw CHICAGO DOG on the building so this Chicagoan had to check it out... Not perfect (had everything but the poppyseed bun) but pretty fantastic, best around and better than most other cities' attempts, & affordable! Most importantly, can't mistake that signature Vienna beef taste ? Staff was warm & friendly! Will def be back.

This review is based on my meal and not the service. The drive thru experience was pleasant and the staff was polite...5 stars there. But these horrendous chicken tenders are gross! I should have known from the look and shape that they were mechanically separated chicken mush and not real breast cut strips. My kids hated them as well, maybe because they are use to Chick-fil-A and these taste like frozen Tyson nuggets at best. I would put zero stars but the fries were hot and the only thing we ate. Pass on the kids tenders unless you like chewing fried sponges.
I forgot how much I dislike their burgers. Thought it was just the pasadena one that sucked. There is nothing worse to me than overcooked beef. Then they throw the hottest white onion on it. Overwhelming burnt onion burger flavor.Overpriced strawberry shake with one's was great. However it was 20 ounces and cost 7.00
