Fries are great. Options to have in burgers are amazing. Just know they cook everything WELL done. See kids might not like the color of the dogs (mine!) And makes the burgers a tad bit dry but still tasty.
Honestly terrible service. Stared me down because I asked for some mayo on the side. Nobody here wants to work here and it’s obvious. Food was pretty good but not enough for the lack of customer service and price
The cashier became frustrated, got loud, and rude after I didn’t understand the way she explained the menu. I immediately asked her to cancel my order as I was turned off by her lack of communication skills. She said, “ok whatever” as I walked away. Terrible experience.
Order pick up. Came 12 mins after expected pick up time since orders are always late. Come in, tell them my name and the guy working there tells me 2 mins, waiting on cajun fries. I wait, someone else comes and picks up an order (with cajun fries as well). Makes his order first and his manager needs to tell him to work on my order next. Employee was rude. Food was like any other 5 guys
I got there @9:45pm no one wanted to attend my husband and once they did the cook was upset! Not only that but my fires had extra extra Cajun seasoning it’s not even eatable all I taste is seasoning! I’ve gone here before it’s never like this.
Best burgers around, handcut fries, easy access to all the ketchup you could possibly want. Easy access to drink refills as well. Restaurant is always clean and neat. Friendly employees and fast service. What more could you want? A +
Miss Sonya runs a tight ship as I observed. She had alot of young kids with her on this shift. All were coordinating with her as she lead. The rush came in and everyone did their duty. Place was well kept, food was fresh and hot. Tasted amazing ? ?Will be stopping again when coming through town again!Shout out to the staff she had during this shift. Hope to see those same kids flourish into something great within the company.

Not very good actually. The burger was not very warm and the buns were cold. The fries were just ok. Will definitely go just down the road to smashburger instead.
I used to love Five Guys but tonight I had a horrible experience and management was zero helo. I only got half my order and I had my receipt. Waited over an hour for the other half of my order. I'm not going to eat in front of my husband when his order hasn't been received. And I paid a fortune for a burger.Nah. I won't be back. And I used to love Five Guys. It was my favorite. But customer service sucked tonight.
