No issues with sandwich it was great. Had also ordered a bowl of chicken and dumplings soup id score that a zero. All i got was broth and carrots no chicken no dumplings and it wasn't even hot and tasted salty. Employees give off vibe that they don't even want to be there. Was not greeted or anything by any employees. After looking at menu the person who was at register was just staring at me.
Pulling up to the restaurant, it looks like it might be closed, due to very little lighting outside. The place closes at 9pm but when I arrived at 8:20pm they had already thrown out the iced tea. Was asked if my order was Togo or dine in. I requested dine in and was given a bag to go. Looks like they are trying to get out as soon as 9pm hits. Unprofessional.
the food was great but the service and the restaurant appearance was lacking plenty.I went around a time when it was not busy at all, the fountain drink station had all of spills on the floor that had not been cleaned up in what seemed to be have been a while.The soda dispenser was way off on any of the “zero” sugar flavors offered, extremely flat and flavorless, I had to dump out my drink at least 3 times because each time I was very grossed out, ended up drinking regular coca cola, which is ok but im not a big fan of.There no lids or straws at all, when I asked the guys behind the counter of course they gave me a lid, but it was for a large drink, I had ordered a medium, so it didnt fit.None of the condiments were filled at all.Again, the food was great but if you can, get your food to go, it will be a way better experience.
Definitely would not recommend. The food may still be awesome but our last two experiences have left us not eating there.First of the two bad experiences I sat at the order window for roughly 10 mins and no one ever came to take my order so I left.Tonight’s experience we had the pleasure of having a lady make “ugh” sounds and comments as we tried to order our food only to have her get mad and start talking bad about us when we were done… she forgot the all important “off” button on her headset that keeps her from being blared through the order speaker.
Went to try the bbq cuban sandwich like it says on the sign. After waiting 15 minutes to order they told that was no longer available. So I made another selection. After I order, I waited 30 minutes behind the customer in front of me. I finally left without my food. I really was not going to wait any longer. You guys should change the sign and maybe even the staff.
They tried I admired the strong work ethic of the crew , the facility was clean . I just wasn’t blown away by the sub and it was competitively priced.
I went through the drive-thru in the evening there was almost no lights on the building at all almost like they had turned all the exterior lighting off I didn't know if they were open. I pull up to the drive-thru and I wait for a minute and a voice comes on real low and I quote whatcha you need? I'm there I reluctantly place my order and I pull around and the guy was really nice but it almost looked like maybe they were hoping people wouldn't come in if the lights were off and maybe they were sleeping I'm not sure it was a weird experience to say the least but that was my restaurant or I was the manager I would definitely check in to see what was going on.
We ordered online today for pickup. When we got home we realized almost none of the toppings we ordered were on out our sandwiches. My wife called the store and was told they were out of some of the toppings but it still does not explain all the missing toppings. We ordered veggie subs that ended up as just a few dry veggies- they even left off the mustard and dressing! The manager told us we can come in Monday for a remake but would need to bring our messed up subs from today (Saturday). This was such a negative and bizarre experience. I would absolutely not recommend this place.
