We eat here at least once or twice a month and we love it. Their street tacos are a nice quick meal. The birria stuff they have right now is so stinking good that we have been coming like 3-4 times per month since they started that (it's sad that it is limited time). The green sauce has a little kick. The pico de Gallo/"red salsa" leaves quite a bit desired but the green makes up for it.
I haf great service at this location the food was hot and delicious stopped in to try the Birria tacos. I must say I was surprised how good they were. The meat was super tender and had great flavor.
I come here almost weekly. Yolanda always has excellent customer service. Fast and delicious food every time!
I was there 4/09 for a late lunch. I was impressed with the customer service! Thank you to the workers who were there that day for your kindness and amazing service.
Waited 30 min for my curbside order and eventually had to just leave and cancel it. They never have chicken ready in the evening.
Pearland location. Usually very good visit, but this time somewhat slow. Had to ask for remainder of order, three different items. No tea, sweet or unsweetened available! Trash cans very full, tables not wiped off. And floor was in dire need of sweeping. If I'm a manager here, a little more pride in my restaurant! The chicken was great as usual, beans good but a little cold, tortillas were good as well as salsa, potatoes, and nachos. Thank you!
I don't know if they were just short staffed. It took then a minute to come to the register, we got our food nice and hot. We went back up to get an additional queso which took probably 10 minutes to be waited on.
I used to live in Laredo, and I love pollo locco. I ordered online and got to the Pearland restaurant about 5 minutes passed my pickup time. My chicken was over cooked, and some of it was black. I was told this was "well done and to replace it would be 10-15 minutes". Now I'm waiting and typing this review. So I ended up waiting about 30 minutes. Very disappointing.
The chicken was flavorful... not bad for a fast food joint... it was noticeable that they need workers... service was slow...
I like to eat the chicken from here and normally pretty good service and food. It’s happened a couple times that they’ve ran out of chicken…..? Your whole business is based on chicken how does one run out. Most recently that it happened I was told they were out of chicken then after a few questions from me they said they had chicken but was given a wait time of 25 minutes before the next batch would be ready and when I reluctantly agreed they came back and said it would actually be an hour. Not sure if this was a McDonalds ice cream machine kind of situation as it was later in the evening but it was rather odd. Other than this, the chicken is good when they have it.
