We finally decided to give it a try, the ice machine wasn’t working, took 20 minutes to get an ice coffee, while it took the table next to us 5 minutes to get theirs. Aaron was really trying to keep people happy, running back and forth and he is just needing to take leadership and things would run smoothly. I saw most of the employees just standing around, you can not run a busy establishment with only 3 employees working. The food tasted okay, we waited 38 minutes for our food, I counted 5 tables getting their food before ours, keep in mind they had just arrived within the last 10 minutes. I will not be back.
Been riding by this place for months, almost a year even. Finally decided to stop in for a mommy/daughter breakfast date. Soon as I parked I got Waffle House vibes, and almost didn’t go in when I noticed a C rating at the entrance.The service is very friendly and it’s unfortunate that the food is the reason I wouldn’t return.The establishment isn’t very tidy and the food is not good at all.
Mothers Day was great....staffing short, but overall did a great job overall the crowd.
I wish I could give ZERO stars for this place! It’s Mother’s Day and my husband had to work, so I ordered a special breakfast for myself my little ones from here. I placed my order at 9am… I expected a long wait because of the holiday but I didn’t expect for them to completely IGNORE my order for TWO & A HALF HOURS!!! All while the poor dasher sat there waiting for it! Then they decided to just cancel my order. Shame on you guys! If you can’t take care of pickup orders along with in house orders than you SHOULDNT BE ON DOORDASH!!! And yes, I ended up making breakfast for my kids when the one thing I wanted for Mother’s Day was to not have to make breakfast! I will NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN, NOR WILL I EVER GO TO THIS RESTAURANT! HAPPY MOTHERS DAY!
Super friendly staff! Delicious maple topped short stack. Breakfast tacos where full of flavor. Quick counter order atmosphere. No lines on Saturday at 10am. Definitely would return.
The customer service keeps us coming back!!!! The Pearland location is amazing under Chris’ leadership. My family visits this place almost every weekend and they give a village-like vibe. The food is always amazing and insta-perfect with a delish taste. The staff members are always fun and welcoming even when crowded or things aren’t “perfect”. Service is always A+ I would highly recommend this spot to anyone for an amazing homestyle experience.
Classic Benny was disappointing. The eggs were overcooked - not poached, more like boiled. My plate was missing the fried potatoes and when I told an employee about it, he never came back with them. The kids pancakes looked good but the eggs were overcooked. The sausage links were good. They were extremely busy and the order line was to the door the whole time. I paid over $50 with tip and it was not worth it.
They got our order wrong two weeks in a row. Last week we called and was told they would make it right this week and they ask our name and that they would put us on a list for the manger. This week They said they don’t have a list after they made this visits order. Wrong might I add. The manager came out to speak to my husband with food on his face and basically said oh well. My husband said you would rather lose a customer than to make it right. The manager said nothing! We will not be back!! 46.00 worth of food we did not eat twice!
Nice place and good looking food. The veggie omelet was pretty good, the smoked salmon benny was good, hollandaise sauce tasted great but eggs were overcooked and not poached, and bread was a bit dry and hard to cut with knives. Coffee and fries were good.
Everything Was Great..Outside Was Beautiful..Food Was Excellent ?….We Loved Everything ??
