I'm a big Dominos fan and order from there at least twice a week because of their $7.99 weekday deal for the large carry out . At this location (closest to my home) it was good but every now and then it was made poorly. That's fine as that happens to all types of franchises. But over the past few months , it has consistently been horrible. I always order extra cheese on top of the other cheese toppings that they have and over time they've been getting less and less. Not only that , the pizzas have less sauce so mixed with low cheese , have been nasty and dry. It's really frustrating when you pay for extra cheese and extra cheese related toppings and it feels like a regular pizza that's missing cheese. And I've never had this problem until my last order from today ; they didn't put the garlic butter that they always put on the crust. This location is about 1 minute from my house so I've been coming here a lot giving them many chances that they hopefully can improve but they haven't . I will just drive further down to another location because I have officially given up on them and will never return.2/18/22Pizza is dry and barely has cheese. Spoke to someone (the manager?) over the phone after I posted a review that the pizza used to be so cheesy the past few times and she mentioned that they weigh their cheese now and before it was by hand. So now they are being cheap and so their pizza is horrible so don't go.
I recently placed an order with this location over the weekend. After waiting a little over an hour, we called to ask where the pizza was. The manager on duty says our driver delivered it to 'some black guy & there was an suv in the driveway.' the manager then offers to refund me and deliver the pizza. A few minutes later, he calls me back to tell me he can't deliver the pizza after all. After I filed a complaint, another manager calls me today and says the order was canceled... then says ' i don't want to get into it with you' - this was after she told me the driver confirmed that she delivered to a black guy with an suv in the driveway. however, the only person home was my wife, my kids, and we don't park in the driveway. My only hope is that the person that did get my pizza, enjoyed it.
Every time i try to call they put me on hold for over 20 min.. manager said he was gunna cut a pizza and get back with me right away.. waited another 15..ordered online and they took almost 2 hours to deliver . . Not happy
Usually good always order from here and get the same thing. But I asked for one simple request and the manger on duty tonight acted like it would kill him to do.. and that request was to dip my boneless wings instead of putting the sauce on the side and he refused because he said it would get soggy.. my question is IS HE THE ONE THAT HAS TO EAT THOSE WINGS OR ME?? if your customer request them to be dipped dip them sir you don’t have to eat them we do. I even let the employee know to make the manger aware I get them that way all the time. Never had a problem until someone refuses to dip them that doesn’t have to eat nor pay for them.
After a 45 min wait, my pizza was overcooked and dry. It was like a bick cracker with a little sauce and hardly any cheese after i paid for double. I threw most of it away. First and last visit
I ordered pizza and various items. They never delivered and Then said I entered the info wrong. That it was delivered to my neighbor. My neighbor, a close friend of mine, told me no one came. Second my information is correctly saved under my profile. I used the app and always triple check the info. because I hate having things delivered because of the dishonesty I even tipped. The “manager” was very rude, as a customer service manager their service was poor all around. I normally pick up.
Good thing I work nigh shift so most of the times I order outside of the rush hour because the wait time can be unbearably long. Pizza is decent enough though I prefer Sarpino's. Kendrick is cool to talk to.

I ordered my food at 2:30, was given a 65-75 min estimate and did not receive my food until 4:05pm. I tried calling the phone number multiple times to get an update but it rang 1 time, was picked up and then was immediately hung up on. I just recently started ordering from dominos again to give them another chance since I have had the same issues with this location in the past but this is ridiculous and I will not be ordering from them again.

Great place, like their pizza. However, they don't always have consistency, sometimes their pizzas are drier than other times. Hence the 4 stars.Their delivery and pick up times varies depending on volume of orders. I usually just go with the longest time they give such as if they say 20 -30 mins, I'll wait 30 mins before going in like that I know they are ready. As taste goes their pizza always taste good and staff is always pleasant whether in person or on the phone.It's a pizza location I'll recommend.
