Dissatisfied, I asked for my pizza to be well done and cut in squares. I wish I would have went to the location I usually go to. I will just drive further to get what I want. .
Excellent pizza and friendly staff. However the pizza toppings aren't consistent. When i ask for extra toppings some of the staff will do an excellent job at giving you your moneys worth. Then other times they seem like regular amount of toppings which is ridiculous, since i paid 8 bucks extra for more toppings like the other day and it seemed like a regular amount of toppings. Also need to make sure they cut the pizza all the way through. I have to go back with pizza cutter sometimes.
Ever since we’ve moved to our home back in September I was tempted to order delivery and dominoes was my first choice and first time as well! I was very excited to see that I didn’t have to leave my house lol! Hey but you know what every time I ordered from dominoes the food has been perfect! Like no issues with taste or anything we fell in love with dominoes and the options we can get on orders! We thank you (me) for those lazy nights I (mom) didn’t want to cook or when I (mom) had just gotten home working a long tired shifts!
January 28, 2022 Pizza delivery 8:20Dissatisfaction!!! Ordered two pizzas and they were tasty but you had to struggle to pull a slice up because they didn’t fully cut in between the slices. Called the manager and all he said was they were busy and and he could credit my account for one pizza and not two. When it tells you they do qualify check, they are absolutely not doing so!!! And if they don’t cut it right, they don’t stand on they will redo your pizza. Lies lies lies!!!
I have ordered pizzas front this location multiple times now and I have been disappointed multiple times now. This last order caused me to leave this negative review. I ordered my pizza with extra cheese and either it was cooked off or they forgot to put it. The pizza was dry and I could see the dough through the toppings. To top it off the pizza slices where not cut all the way through so the were all stuck together and had to be cut. This wouldn't have been an issue if they would have put the toppings I was charged for on the pizza. The delivery was rapid but that doesn't matter when the thing being delivered is disappointment.
Flavorless pizza. Specialty chicken bites were not the texture of chicken it was like eating mushy balls. They were actually disgusting. Not sure what's going on but other locations I had tried weren't mush. I don't know if they changed their product or what. I definitely won't be back to this location. Actually I'm kind of scared to try any Domino's after that.
Love my Dominos in Pearland! The last time we ordered pizza for delivery, the delivery man was so happy to announce we received a free pizza because of a promotion they are doing right now. It made me also happy!When I am thinking about ordering pizza, wings, or cheesy bread, I always think about Domino’s because of how great their customer service is!
Extremely unsanitary conditions.I walked inside to place my order and one of the workers was brushing his teeth and walking around with a toothbrush hanging out of his mouth AROUND THE PIZZA. He was packaging orders for delivery. I asked to speak to the manager (River), and to my surprise the manager was right next to him the whole time, allowing that disgusting behavior to take place. Not once did the manager(River) apologize, all he said was “I’ll talk to him about it, anything else?” I’m most definitely reporting this to the health department.
Ordered pizza to celebrate my grandson's 11th birthday. The pizza was hot and made just as I ordered. Thanks for a great experience.
Great pizza and desert. Made me like dominos again after years of not eating due to a bad experience.
