Apparently the delivery drivers here take it upon themselves to tip off your card when you don’t give enough. No reason in the world that my total should have changed when I never tipped from my card!!
Customer service was horrible. I ordered my pizza delivery at 12:58, starting tracking my order and was watching it being prepped. I received a phone call from dominos that my pizza would be 2-3 hours for delivery because they only had 1 driver. I informed her that I would rather pick it up. When I arrived at the store @1:20-1:30, I was informed that they didn’t have an order for me. I explained to her that you just called me and we agreed that I would pick it up. The lady said oh yeah, the driver took your pizza out for delivery. No regards to their mistakes for my inconvenience at all.

Absolutely ridiculous! I ordered 2 pizzas on the phone. Stated I was paying with cash. Got there. It was $23.97 I presented my cash, a $50 dollar bill. My change would have been 26.03, but instead I was told. " dominoes does not accept 50 dollar bills" really??? A pick up order, not driver, 2 pizzas ready to go on the counter, a simple easy, profitable transaction. Declined. Now 2 pizzas to be thrown away, money lost. Wow! Pizza hut took the 50 dollar bill! I'm sharing this with my sales crew. We will never lose profit due to simple inability to make a good business decision.
Great crew, always got our order right and in a timely manner. Delivery drivers follow protocols and ensure we got our food.I moved closer to a different location and we miss this one so much.
The best extravaganza pizza ever
Great pizza and excellent customer service! I ordered a thin crust pie cut and when they brought my order to me they apologized for making it square cut and had another one in the oven preparing so they could cut it the correct way if I wanted it. Acknowledged their error and corrected their mistake before I was ever able to know there was a problem AND sent me an offer for a free pizza because I had to wait???? WOW!!
Quick and easy pick up service. Friendly staff is a plus.
