I went for my birthday today the place was clean very well kept bc I have seen worse at other dennys. It was busy but I still got my food fast the service as far as my water he was excellent. Attentive he was kind and he was very efficiently fast. I was impressive how fast we got our food hot and so fresh, the food was so delicious! It wasn't until I left I was attempting to use my birthday reward which I ordered it the way it specified but the gentleman said it wasn't for the breakfast I ordered. Not sure what else I was supposed to order bc the waiter never said it wasn't valid. I'd love to give more stars but it wasn't a good ending to my birthday breakfast he could have at least honored it bc I ordered exactly what it said on the reward!
We arrived late 11pm 4/28 with very low expectations and full blown vocal 2yr old. Honestly since Covid it has been hard to dine and be treated fairly. Not amazing not like royalty, just fairly. It kinda felt normal. Nothing overly fake. Just normal. But let me tell y’all immediately when I received my meal the “SantaFe skilled” it was perfection. Hats off to the cook for sure it has been years and several locations since my meal was “like the picture”. Our waiter was amazing from start to end. Thanks for the experience. My baby had a great time was tired and tummy full by the time we pulled out of the parking lot baby was knocked out.

Took 10 mins to get seated while the mgr was outside on the phone.My order came out in less than 10 mins and was a pile of garbage. Worst I've ever had at a Dennys. After I gave it back to the waiter and offered to pay, no mgr came to hear my complaint and then asked how I wanted to pay for it...lol!!
Filthy restaurant. The windows needed to be cleaned ten years ago. I asked for syrup and the bottle was covered in goop. Our waiter served us with a disgusting apron. The restaurant was so gross I didn't want to chance the restrooms, I went over to academy instead. We won't be returning to this location. The one good thing is that the customer service was good and the food was ok.
Our waiter was absolutely amazing. One of the best personalities I've ever had the pleasure of seeing. The food was awesome... we got the Big Dipper Melt. If you've never tried it, well... you really should!!! I would give 10 ?
The manager has a bad attitude will not return. I advised I wanted to add on a preexisting order and accidentally forgot my wallet. I asked if it was possible pay through Google pay, samsung pay, or place an order online and I can pay that way on my phone but their online app doesn't have the item which isn't to my fault its their system. So I just said okay take it off since they don't have another option for my to pay for the 1 item which was grits and only $3 I don't carry cash and my card was at home. So he gets an attitude and says he told me I needed to pay when I got there with an attitude that was not needed. I forgot my card, it happens. Simple.. no need to get mad and have an attitude I didn't get upset and checked all my options they had none at all so I just said to take that off simple. But, apparently not for this manager. Make sure you have cash or card otherwise you'll be belittled that they do not have options online for all the items on the menu no have updated payment options with all the technology in the world. They will get upset if you advise to remove an item. Just got home and I'm also missing items from my meal too.

Went in for breakfast and our server Lakeitha was excellent. She made sure our beverages were always filled and was prompt with taking our order and attending to our needs. Will be back soon because of her!
Called over the phone to ask if they would sing happy birthday on your birthday for my kid they said “yes we do only for dine in” asked the waitress she said no in a rude way she looked mad. If you aren’t going to look happy while doing your job why even work there. Just upsetting to get told that the they would just for me to show up and get told no after downloading the dennys app and everything. Would not go back.
