Just went through the drive through and was waited on by Miss Jazmeghn. Excellent customer service even got my extra chocolate, extra malt no toppings order correct. Reminds me of my visit a week ago with Miss Jayden who was very customer focused and an excellent service representative. Very much recommend this location.
I have been to this Dairy Queen on multiple occasions now and only one of my orders have been correct. On one occasion I arrived at the drive thru speaker and waited 2 minutes so not hearing any greeting, I said hello. When I got to the window the cashier charged me for extra cookie dough when I didn’t order it. On todays visit I got to the drive thru window and gave my order after being greeted only to hear no response. After waiting to hear a response the person then said “welcome to dq.” When I drove up to the window they had no clue what my order was. When I did get my order, it was incorrect; I ordered a small and medium and got a small and mini blizzard even though I paid for the small and medium. Don’t go here! I’ve given them a few chances but they continue to disappoint me.
I went through drive threw today at 8:51pm, there was a sign that said they were short staffed and would be closing at 9. Before I could even order they told me “their systems were down and I could only order if I was prepared to pay with cash and exact change.” I understand them closing early, I do not agree with turning customers away because it’s close to closing time and you already shut the computer off. Very disappointed.
It will be bad to keep this alone to myself I came across the best forex expert every Mrs Shirley Wayne, who really help me to invest, Mrs Shirley Wayne is very honest and diligent in her work. All I did was to invest $500 and within 7 days she made $7000 profit for me.
I received the wrong order. I decided to reorder what I originally ordered (nachos with cheese only) and they decided to be nasty and gave me a container full of nacho cheese over 2 tortilla chips. Unbelievable.
It’s always something with this location. It’s either items are not in stock, service horrible, or the system is down and they can’t take orders!! Smh I sure hope they get it together.
This was an awful experience at the DQ on this day.(8/7/2021) The DQ Really has the Best fries in the business, just not this day.I returned the fries and steak fingers inside the restaurant, informed the manager, she said she would replace the entire order. Very Nice of her. The cook, opened the bag,took the fries out and dumped the returned fries into the basket and lowered it down to the cooking oil!!?? I brought that to the manager attention, she refunded my Entire money. Thanks for that.
This place is horrible. They can never get my order correct. This time I ordered a Bacon Ranch burger and they somehow forgot the bacon. How could you forget an item that is literally in the name of the burger?
I was hungry and wanted iced coffee. I went in & ALL tables were dirty! The restroom needed attention with NO paper towels. There were NO napkins or straws @ the drink station. The counter was junky. OMG! I NEVER would have thought a location in THIS area would look like this! I ONLY ordered the Moolatte & left. No longer wanted to eat there! Yuck!
