Poor customer service , manager was very rude while I was trying to do scribe a blast , told me I wa taking to long and just leave!! This was very rude due to his attitude I couldn’t order food or the drinks I wanted he keep cutting me off and being rationally and verbally RUDE , Store is filthy and I won’t be going back I’ll take the drive to other Dairy Queen from here on out
Horrible customer service. My order was incorrect no apology I just received a blank stare. The drive thru rep was very bl until with no customer service skills at all.I definitely will not be returning!!
One of the only places left where one can get a malt. Most other places just give you a milkshake.I had a chocolate malt and it was as good as ever. I have been enjoying malts from a Dairy Queen for a lot of years. I can remember the days when a large chocolate malt only cost 35 cents. And yes that was a long time ago.

Horrible management, staff and dirty place. We won’t come back again. The service is always bad, food is subpar and the place needs deep cleaning or a remodel ASAP.
Dairy Queen has the best ice cream !! Hands down DQ has the best soft serve ice cream in Texas , my favorite is always the Royal Cheesecake Blizzard but even the plain Ice cream cone always satisfies, this is our go to Dairy Queen in Pearland and have always gotten great fast service every time, the staff is always fast and friendly no matter what time of the day.
The only DQ around that DOES NOT offer senior discount.
Horrible place to spend your money. The manager is very unprofessional. We ordered two burgers and they were both wrong. Instead of just fixing the issue, they tried to act like we were wrong. If someone tells u no pickles and no mustard, why would you give them a burger with ketchup and meat only? I'll drive the extra miles to another before I ever spend a dime here
