Okay not sure how to rate.Sunday Dinner with a girlfriend. Company was great food was good too.Our waiter was on point.However, the utensils required to eat snow crabs were not available.My guess is either the guest take the crab crackers or they are thrown away by mistake.Either way we were without and to use our teeth and hands.I saw install a metal alarm at the door!!!!
We stopped by for lunch & absolutely loved it! Had the fried shrimp basket w/onion rings. All very tasty. You have a choice of cole slaw, onion rings, french fries and sweet potato fries. Nice menu options w/gumbo, crab, fish & much more. The restaurant has a nice bar too. The food was delicious. Our waiter Jason was the best. We all hope to go back very soon!Today we shared the fried shrimp and onion ring basket and the gumbo. Some of the best fried shrimpies and rings we've ever had. Sure glad they're building a Crafty C in our neighborhood....open open....can't wait! The gumbo was good but not the best. We'll be back for more.
Came here for the first time first moment I walk in no one said hello to me I stand to be seated for about 4 min and no one approached I saw a seat at the bar and took it young lady came right up and said hello . Service was good the only complaint I have is the frozen margarita machine it’s more watery then frozen I think you guys can do better . I order oysters they were really good then I ordered crawfish with the shrimp it was cold when arrived at the table , also no garlic at all in it no flavor the cook should add more it was very blend . Other then that they play good music I would come back again but food needs more seasons be drinks need to be actually frozen not water .
The fried catfish and fried shrimp are awesome. Sweet potato fries are good to. The onion rings are a meal by themselves.
we tried this place a few weeks ago the food is fresh the staff is friendly they gave great service. I was very impressed with everything the whole staff just goes out of there way to help and make you feel welcomed I. this day and age customer service is lacking but not here they are on it . they care about service the quality of the food and the way they treat you . that goes along ways in my book . I can't wait to go back. I just want to thank you for the service you gave to us and you made a customer that will be glad to support your business!!!! If you haven't tried them yet your missing out on great seafood ? and the service will bring you back !!! go have some of the best seafood your taste buds will thank you !!!!
I think it's a rip off. I understand the policies but they make you pay extra for tips. The need to do something about that. So a party of six was charged almost 70 dollars in tips. I had paid separate for my orders and they put tips on both of my tickets, even though I was one person. They are rip offs,.the manager acted like she couldn't remove it, but I know by law they can't make us pay that amount of money. The waiter was very nice, the food was good but the tenders were too hard. She at least took that off. I know it's everyone's preference to chose but as of me I will not be visiting again. On tip of the prices for the food you have to pay at least a 15 or 20 tip per person and the food not cheap. So they getting over. If you go don't go with 6 or more people including kids and don't buy anything separate cause you gonna pay and I mean you gonna pay for their staff hourly pay when they finish. I will not refer anyone there. Great establishment, good service even good food but they will get you in the end.
Food was great! The only thing I didn’t like is the server hardly came by to check on us. My 6 year old was begging for me to let her go find someone to refill her drink. Took a long time to get our drinks as well. Great food but definitely need to work on the wait staff.
Crab was cold and watery. I ordered the king crab which is 60 a pound and got one little leg even though the menu says 2 claws. Fish doesn’t have much meat and there is only plastic silverware ?
I went with friends much of the food is a la cart I ordered scallops of course it looked good from the picture on the menu. They were the smallest scallops I've ever seen for $10.99 by themselves you pay additional for coleslaw, fries. First time visitor won't return....
My parents had been asking me and my family to go here to eat so last Saturday evening we did. We didn't know what to expect. We got our food and loved every bit of it! Awesome food. My only complaint is no reward club but that won't stop me from going back. It was great!
