Love cold stone, they are always friendly when i go. And they make sure to give the correct amount of ice cream for the portion size. I hope they don't go out of business ever. I have never had an issue here. Thanks for the lovely service y'all.

HORRIBLE customer service.. and I do mean HORRIBLE.. seems like it were kids working for one which isn’t the problem.. the problem comes in with the way that you treat your customers. Very rude and unsanitary... never been to coldstone before, although the service was trash, the ice cream was good, my daughter loved it.. didn’t care for the rude treatment. Training on this or new management/staff is needed. PERIOD...
Unsanitary and careless. Order online but stayed there 15 extra minutes because they gave me the wrong order. Then they chose to put bowl that sat on the counter top in side the lighter waffle bowl that I'm supposed to eat. Which also crushed the waffle bowl. To top it off, one of the pints was laid in the bag on its side and spilled. Now I'm cleaning my car. It was trash before i left the parking lot. After all this, i chose to take my losses. First and last time i will ever any of there locations.
Normally love coming here and to and to this location but after tonight and how I was treated left an uneasy feeling with me. I came the last 45 minutes and tried to pay cash and the young hispanic lady (wouldn’t give me her name) rudely told me “we don’t do cash” I asked her if they take apple pay (I did not have my card on me) she sharply told me no. I proceeded to ask her since when have they not taken cash. She then says “We closed our drawer over a hour and a half ago everything is already counted down” . What establishment closes their money drawer almost two hours prior to closing. This is unprofessional another part of me feels I was treated rudely because I was dressed down. Lastly what infuriates me is that workers from five guys came in right after me and the young lady gave them my ice cream that I was going to buy.
One of the best customer service one could have is here with Cold Stone.We just barely made it by 9:56 Pm as they were closing and we were craving for this sweetness and the girls over there happily accepted us and said yes sure we could do get you whatever you like from the menu.Honestly I was pleased and humbled by the servers. Really great flavour and full of sweetness with rich cream in every spoon and bite. For sure will see you again before close timings. ❤️?❤️

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! told them I wanted a cone cup and they gave me a plain cup when I asked them to change the lady went and I quote “UGHHHHH” what type of service is that ? And the Ice Cream was very melted they didn’t even try to make it “cold stoned”. The Customer is always right is the first rule of a business, they need new employees or new staff because they all seem disrespectful . Going to Basket Robins down the street next time.
