Worst experience ever! Doesn’t even deserve 1 star but had to put to give a review. From customer service to quality of food. Took my kids in at exactly noon you’d think fresh food being lunchtime rush. Guess I should of figured as soon as we went in it was gonna be bad.Had to wait on employeeby the name of Saul (name on receipt) to even acknowledge us good 7-10min. Go to food line and no fresh food. Not much of choices to choose from. So I kindly asked same employee if we can have some fresh pizza made (pepperoni, meat lovers and supreme). He begins to tell me with attitude that the pizza is fresh. I told him no it is not you can literally see. I should of asked for a refund but I didn’t as kids had already tried to pick at some of the stuff. From then on the same employee is starting at us and can tell he is talking about us to lady making pizza. As I’m walking back from getting a drink this same employee is starring at my son and saying stuff towards him which could of caused an altercation that would of escalated very quickly. So we just end up leaving as my son was highly upset and it was pointless to stay.I have contacted Corporate due to incident.
The most over priced Cicis I have ever been to in my life. Over $9 for a single adult buffet with no drink and this was on a Wed during lunch when most Cicis in my area are doing lunch specials for $3.99The food quality was below average for most Cicis locations and definitely did not reflect the price gauging and absolute greed of this franchise owner. I will not be returning or recommending this Cicis to anyone and it's a real shame since I just moved and this is now the closest location to my house
I’m not a person that really leaves reviews but this Pizzas were dry, I Told them about it they just said they were coming but They were so thin and stiff. The over watered Soup, Tasted like nothing. I’ve came before it was alright, This is the second time and all I can say it’s if you live in Pearland area go to League City. Cicis on that side it’s way better.
First experience with CiCi pizza. I was super shocked at the price. It was so cheap especially to have an open buffet. The employees look exhausted and burned out though. The whole store was dirty with plates and pizza thrown all over the floor/tables. The game room was inoperable. The best part for me was the salad. The pizza was mainly just bread with very tiny toppings. I did enjoy seeing the rotation of the pizza, but the quality was not tasty. They also served pasta.
Went here to use our birthday reward gifted to us in app. Cashier proceeded to scan code and then tell us , we don’t accept rewards or do any specials.I showed him the email where it said thanks for redeeming our reward and the location address in the app. He proceeded to tell us, he can’t help us.I asked for manager, he replied I am the manager.I explained to him that he rendered our birthday reward unusable by typing in the code.He didn’t seem to care.We left and will be contacting corporate. Please be aware if you are using a gift in the app gifted to you.Totally not the way to provide customer service or treat your loyal customers.
Very fresh salad, pizza was plentiful and clean establishment. Parking is easily accessible as well.
I have never experienced such terrible customer service in my life! The manager Jose has the worst disposition and should not be a manager. He does not know how to treat customers, especially those of African American decent! My family and I came to eat at this Cici’s today and we paid for 2 buffets and 2 drinks but my mother stated she wasn’t going to eat anything (since she wasn’t really hungry) at most she may eat one slice and from there Jose became upset & raised his voice repeatedly to my mother saying “Oh You can’t do that, and I’ll have to charge you, I’ll get in trouble & you can’t do that,” she said okay it’s not that big of a deal, calm down. I’ll just purchase a drink. While ringing her up for the drink, Jose kept talking and saying she can’t eat a slice if she didn’t pay for it even after my mom let it go! It was like he was trying to throw around his authority as a manger by continually saying the same thing repeatedly. My mom told him again to calm down since he was turning red at the face and he said something underneath his breath and we all went to get our plates and while we were walking to the pizza, we witnessed Jose telling his staff (2 other employees) that my mother couldn’t eat anything and they need to watch her. So at this point we were livid by this manager Jose’s unprofessional behavior! His staff began to watch my mother while she was just sitting at the table. The male employee stood across from my mother staring her down with his hands on the island where the pizza is and stayed there staring at her. Then my family and I decided to just get up and leave since this seemed to be some kind of big issue, had this have been anyone else, non-African American this situation wouldn’t have led to this type of disgusting behavior! As we were heading to the front door, we saw the manager Jose standing at the window with his cell phone out taking a picture of my License plate!!! What was his motive for taking a picture of my license plate & car, other than to try and cause harm to me by finding where I live. I asked him why he was taking a picture of my car and he said, I’m taking a picture of it for my own benefit and you can’t do nothing about it! At this point, this manager who is supposed to be working not only had his cell phone out, but was harassing us as customers the entire time while we tried to just have a nice family lunch, who did nothing wrong. My family & I will never eat here again, unless Jose and his staff are fired!!
Came to meet with up my husband a kids after I ate with my friends. Apparently there is a new rule if you don't pay to eat you can't sit because people were sharing...ok I get that but the guy from the front was super rude about it and basically told my husband and kids they could get up and leave if I wanted to stay. Crazy. Might need to train employees better on customer service and how to speak to people.
This place needs to be updated. Wasn't very clean although there were a few good workers that were trying to keep up. I feel like service has taken a decline everywhere, including this place. I still love the spinach pizza. I normally order to go anyways so it's whatever.
Had brought my sons here since it opened. Moved away for a few years, came back to town and this place is terrible. Guy running the register didn't understand English, the salad bar portion was lacking, the Alfredo sauce was practically water... you could actually see the water swirls... and the choices of pizza was limited to 4.
