Why list your place as halal fried chicken when it's not true, drove an hour to get here just for the drive through lady to yell at me. They keep the dining area locked because they are too lazy to clean up after customers. What a joke.
This is my first time eating from this chain of restaurants. The customer service is trash and the food is mediocre.
Chicken sandwich was hit and fresh. Gives Popeyes a run for the money in quality. The French fried are much better at churches. Also I love Churches fried chicken since I was a kid lol!
The food is good. But the service is really bad. Every time I go there I spend about $45-60 dollars. Each time I tell them to make sure all the orders are in the bag. Each time something will be missing. Typically we stand at the counter and count before we leave but this time the in-store service was closed and we had to go through the drive-thru to order. As it was cold outside, we didn’t wait to check whether all the orders items were in the bags, but I asked if all items were there and the lady said yes. When we reached home, we were missing an order for large pack of jalapeño bombers. I tried to call them several times but their phones are off hook and could never get connected. I didn’t go back as it was cold. The employees are very careless. Don’t like this kind of attitude. Don’t think this is going to change either. I go there only because I like the food.
Dining room was closed for our safety, BS ,this is 2 - 9 - 22 ,no other restaurants in Pearland are closed due to Covid. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN. If I could give them less than 1 star I would!
Came to get some dinner for the family the guy said they only had 2 mash potatoes. We ask why he said because they stop cooking and making at a certain time.... it was 6:40pm they close at 10pm

They can't seam to figure out the difference between white and dark meat. I quit going after ordering all white 2 piece and being charged extra only to get home with dark meat. The last time they even told me that they don't have to give me white meat after charging me for it.
Service was terrible I was right it was cooked day before Hydro too far away your return
Haven’t been to too many places since I’ve gotten here but this is by far the worst. The food was not fresh when it arrived and it looks old. The mashed potatoes tasted moldy and I didn’t even know that was possible (ordered Mac n cheese). The chicken was not spicy as specifically ordered and no condiments were given. Just poor service all around, skip this location.Edit for the owner: This was the location and the order was placed through Grubhub. I am not driving and will not be able to bring the food back since it is now trash. Thanks anyway. I won’t be going back. I read the other reviews and people have complained about not getting spicy chicken when ordered multiple times from this location. That’s horrible.
