Will ever go back call they wouldn't answer the phone
$20 fill up cost $35. She was out of regular sides and up charged me for choosing other options without telling me there is an up charge. Rude rude rude. Will not be back. I get home and the corn is old, the okra is burnt and the chicken is not edible. Called back and no answer.
I was very disappointed here. I pulled up to the drive through at 11:30am to get something and there was no one attending the drive through. So I thought I'd go to the front and there was one girl just getting out of the one car parked in front of the store so I thought I'd go in and order. Nope.....she walked in and turned around and locked the door. I did notice a sign that the drive through was the only way to order so I decided to try it again. Again I sat there and no help at all. So I left and went to Popeye's.I will definitely not be going back to this churches. I don't recommend it either!!
At 1:45pm on August 19, 2021 at the Church's Chicken in Pearland 1909 N Main St the door was locked first of all and the sign say drive thru only I went to buy a 3pc once I got the chicken it looked like it had been refried and dry as hell, so I asked could I have some fresh chicken and Leticia told me that it is fresh and that I could not get a refund because of covid-19 and would not give me my money or fresh chicken. I should have known better when the inside is locked at 2:00 PM in the daytime. I will NEVER go there again ?
They gave me regular chicken instead of spicy....their Mac & Cheese was runny....bad customer service...
The employee was eating food on the front counter while waiting on the customer. The employee never washed her hands after eating she just started to prepare the order. The employee was not using serve safe practices.
This place is randomly closed at times, doesn't adhere to its own business hours. Lobby was closed, no sign pointing to use drive thru so I went elsewhere.
If I could leave 0 STARZ I would the lady who was there cuz me out just because I pull the door that was lock and fast food restaurants doesn’t have their doors lock anymore the lady look white, yellowish hair, talk Spanish, I don’t recommend people to go there, they should fire her immediately!!!!!!!!
I wish they had the 0 star option ?. I saw how the lady working there cussed out a customer that was trying to go in & they had the doors locked. They didn’t have no sign saying why they had the doors locked and it was during business hours. The lady was so rude. I do not recommend. Worse customer service ever!
There was so much sauce on my sandwich I had to use my napkins to remove it. It was a terrible mess.
