Best rolled ice cream I've had. I've only had it twice. But I actually bought the 2nd one for the road since it was so good. Bomb customer service. Will make a stop everytime I come to Houston.
My family loves coming here. They have non-dairy options too which is great! I just had the peach ice cream and there were real peaches sliced and rolled. We have enjoyed every visit here and plan our dinner adventures around coming by after.
Not accommodating, the lady at register was not willing to assist or inform customers about their process. There was people standing in line waiting to order excited to place a order, unfortunately we all were standing in the wrong line. I had to ask the lady at the register how the process works, she rolled her eyes but had attitude with explaining. I asked her if she had a menu that I could look at, she stated it’s on the wall. The menu is small and not accommodating for people with vision challenges. I asked her to recommend anything that she liked and she told me no. The other people ahead of me tried to place a order, she stated it’s a thirty minute plus wait.
This was my first time coming here and it was good. The ice cream isn't that sweet which is good and it's actually made right in front of you. The price isn't to bad. I got the regular cup and it filled me up.
When you don't have quality to offer, you go for novelty. They take liquid ice cream, spread it over a freezing stone so it hardens, and then scrape it into thin layers that are rolled. Looks cool visually, but quality is weak. Doesn't taste like much. Wanted something cold and delicious after finishing Mongolian BBQ down the sidewalk, waited nearly 20 minutes for my order, ate maybe 1/8 and threw the rest away. Pretty disappointing and a complete waste of time and money. You can find better at the grocery store
This is a one of a kind ice cream spot! The staff is exceptionally talented and friendly. In my opinion they are icecream scientists... Awesome atmosphere very clean. The process is so awesome to watch! I will be telling everyone about this place... go there take your kids, take your date, take your mom or grandpa... It's a very cool place for a unique ice cream experience.

Thin rolled up ice cream was delicious. Never had that type before, I got mint chocolate and added m and most to it and it was very good
