Workers have an attitude about charging me 3 bucks for guac and putting 1/3 of a spoon then they try and act like they couldn’t close the burrito because it was too full scoops some out into the workers glove just to trash it the whole glove with some guac in it the crew chuckled about it very disappointed stop making spoons you don’t intend on filling

Consistently the worst run location. Avoid, as they cannot handle the customer volume. At night, there is no management, and scarcely staffed. Due to lack of management, the mobile prep. line is shut down and orders are processed through the in-store food line, further increasing customer’s wait times. Regional ops. needs to stop by “off-hrs.”, and make drastic changes.

This place is good. But it is always crowded. Food is good. Sometimes they are out of guacamole. I think this is because they couldn't meet the demand sometimes. Now they have plant based protein as well. That tastes good. Must try..... I prefer to go as they have limited seats.

Every time I order online there’s always something missing. last time I ordered 5 tortillas I only received 3 after a week I ordered queso blanco they forgot to put it in the bag and today I ordered 4 tortillas they put very small sized tortillas. Every time I order I get ripped off. And also they don’t put napkin nor fork. This will be my last order from this place.

Ordered online for pickup. People are standing everywhere, looks like 11 of us are waiting. Orders are trickling out of the kitchen every 10 minutes or so. My pickup time was 16 minutes ago. No email update on the delay, no employees saying anything about the delays. Some with masks, some without. Won't be doing this again.

Order through Ubereats never again with this place, food was wet and extremely cold and looks nothing like what I ordered and no drink.

Got the brisket in a bowl. It was good and not too spicy. I would rather enjoy the true taste of the food instead of just the hot peppers. They were out of sour cream and mild salsa which was a bummer but still good otherwise.

We have been ordering Chipotle for a while for delivery. Started with Door Dash then went to their App. First, if you ask for something extra like sour cream, it doesn’t happen. Then if you put in a message for the driver to grab some Vinaigrette Dressing, hasn’t happened but once out of about 10 times. Today, the driver who told me he doesn’t speak English, tried to give me my order and someone else’s order that had a similar name. Of course he didn’t read the message for the delivery driver because he doesn’t know English. I’m ok with someone that doesn’t know English but when it affects the outcome of the order that I’m paying for, something needs to be done. It’s not the end of the world but I don’t know how else to get Chipotle to change the way they do things, even after I have talked to them in the past, other than to post it publicly.

I don't know what has happened to this store!! They only serve two sauces and they were out of one of them. The brown rice is crunchy. I'm gonna be taking this back!!!!!
