The restaurant was at about 20% capacity, and we were told we couldn’t be seated for another hour. When asked to speak to the manager we were told that she was cooking and couldn’t speak with us.We finally got a table and the server was super accommodating and friendly. Happy hour drink was good even though the bartender didn’t listen to our modifications(no salt) until round 4. Better late than never…Food was not bad at all, we ordered the fajitas.
I normally love chilis and all the different margaritas of the months. Today was very disappointing. We decided to sit at the bar and dirty glasses are all around where you can barely find a spot to sit (see pictures). The bartender is busy talking with everyone or walking around, not cleaning up anything. The bartender was also making comments about another coworker throughout my visit. They just put glasses in spray rinser, dipped in water and used for a new drink. Doesn’t seem very sanitary. Very sad to see such a good place like this.
The worst part is I can’t give zero stars. I ordered curbside this evening. My fiancé went to pick up the order and came home with the most simple bag and one drink. So I’m thinking “Okay they forgot a drink”. I look and 2/3 of my “3 for $10.99” order is missing so I go to check the receipt and it is HANDWRITTEN on the back of someone else’s receipt! I was told my order would be ready by 8:56. It wasn’t done until 9:30 and not a simple “I’m sorry we’re running a little behind” NO when I contacted the store , the manager immediately offers a refund without introducing himself, no “I’m sorry about this ma’am”. These lazy, complacent employees at this location have caused 4 very inconvenient experiences and I swear there won’t be another. I’m no one to normally complain but for a $33 order, I got $10 worth of food. Let me clarify what I ordered versus what you saw in the photo because the photo is exactly what I received. I ordered the 3 for $10.99 with the Cajun chicken pasta, no green onions and extra toast, extra sauce and extra cheese on the side. I ordered a mango iced tea and a side of sour cream to go with my chips and salsa. I got pasta with green onions AND a mystery meat of some sort.I’m absolutely disgusted with these people.
Amazing customer service, a big round of applause to Ny & Devin! It’s been a long time a have not experienced having a smile on my face the minute we walked to a restaurant.Great costumer service from beginning to the end of our dinner. This location has always had poor service. Had one good visit recently, came by again today with good hopes. Walked in, noticed that there was about half capacity. Was informed that it would be a 20 to 30 min wait. After sitting for 22mins the hostess informed us that the kitchen was backed up 45min. We left. What a was of our time. It seems that this branch has always had poor management.
I’ve been meaning to write this review, but keep forgetting. Devon and Sergio are rockstars! We went in one night with our little ones and Devon greeted and seated us, Sergio was our server, and Devon ran our food out to us. All of the food was ridiculously fresh, the chili was the best I had ever tasted, Devon was super friendly and could probably run that place with his eyes closed, and Sergio was SO personable. They are the reason we prefer to go to this location instead of the THREE that are closer to us. Even with the obvious staff-shortage, we were taken care of so well here.
Horrible experience. We came in with a group of 8. We had to ask them if we could br seated at 2 empty booths. Our waiter was also the bartender who complained about working there when we first entered his area. He could not remember our drink orders and did not refill any glasses. Only one table got their food served. Two tables got their food before our table and then he had to take the otder again. When it finally got out it was missing items and he came back 3 times before getting it corrected. Then one of the checks was wrong and he said he had corrected it and charged the card. The check had not been corrected and became argumentative and asked the manager to handle it and she didn't want to speak to us. I will not return. Horrible
The food was good. It just took a min to come out because they didn't have a lot of staff. Our server was great!!
1st time at this location. Our server was just awesome. She was very busy but she was on it. Very nice and helpful to my mom. The new 5$ drink the trifecta was great. I wish I could remember her name. Really great service. Even the floor manager came back to check on us. So cool. Please let her know this. It doesn't happen often.
