my go to spot with kids! kid friendly, great food, and strong drinks lol
I sent my food back 3 times and on top of that they didn’t bring my son food out my son had to share with his siblings. NOT ok
Literally walked out today. Came with my family of 4. Took about 15 min to get our drinks. A table came in 20 min after us with the same waiter. Got their appetizer AND entree and we didn't even have our appetizer yet!
It took 20 minutes to get my wife's first drink and when we asked we were informed that the screen was broken but another man sat at the bar 10 minutes after we did and was served right away he literally ate and paid as my wife was getting first drink then when we asked for salt we were informed that they didn't have enough salt shakers in restaurant food came out cold we ordered the smokehouse combo and fries were like rubber best thing was corn just a horrible experience
They first gave us stale chips then burned nachos and burned beans and rice in my fajitas. The waiter was nice but the food was terrible last night. That will be my last time going. 60 bucks for burned and stale. You could smell and see it was burned. No one should ever serve burned food to people.
The service was sloppy. The waitress was not prepared at all.

I hadn't been to Chili's in close to 8 years. Yesterday, I decided to have lunch with my husband on my lunch break and we went here. The server was simple amazing! I wished I remembered her name but she was very friendly, attentive and kind.We ordered this Texas platter and the food was so good! It came with our choice of ribs, brisket queso, fries, street corn, and jalapeños sausages. I was very happy as everything was delicious.The establishment was clean and conveniently located.
Food was cold and didn’t taste good. It made me vomit when leaving the parking lot. Food might have been spoiled or old
Much better then last visits, but food was cold because the food was ready before schedule.
