This is the best Chick-fil-A in Shadow creek. It’s obvious it is ran very well. Never missing items like the other location here.
This Chick-fil-A had a great walk-up ordering window that I used. The weather was very pleasant that evening. The staff was friendly and efficient. They were also doing a brisk business in curbside pickup and drive thru. There was no indoor dining that I could see.
The worst Chic-Fil-A in pearland. Just save your own time and go to the broadway location. And what kind of company starts charging for ice water in the middle of the hottest summer?? They will get your order wrong and charge you for things they are not supposed to. Don’t even bother.
I always like going to Chik-fil-a. The food is fresh and delicious! Customer service is usually good also.
Everyone knows chick-fil-a's food is good.. it just amazes how fast there little drive though system works..

You can tell the most about a restaurant based on their ability to manage difficult situations. I had one arise, of no fault of anyone, and the way the entire team handed it was amazing. They asked me to a move to a parking space, to avoid stopping their fast drive thru. Very smart on their part. While find out how to resolve my issue, the gentleman helping me was so patient, as was his manager, Pedro. Ultimately, they went above and beyond to help fix my situation with kindness, cool temper, and handled the chaotic afternoon rush with such class. I can’t say enough good things about them, as most people collapse or turn rude when stressed. These employees did not, and I will forever respect them for that! Thank you Pedro and staff for exhibiting kindness, respect and amazing customer service, even in stressful moments. It doesn’t go unnoticed!!
I always get my family this food it is amazing the service I don't know how they move so fast
