For starters, I love Chick-fil-A. It's my favorite go to drive thru restaurant.That said, the Cobb salad I had today, with chicken strips, was very disappointing. 95% of the lettuce in my salad had spines on it. It was crunchy, but had way too much of it was big hunks of spine. For what I paid for this salad it shouldn't have been more palatable than it was.

Wow! I stood at cashier for a long time with no other people in front if ne and saw several staff look right at me and not even ask if I needed anything. There was a guy who walked passed me to knock on the bathroom door for maintenance check and a guy speaking to a girl without even asking if I needed anything. Seems they were occupied with drive through and maybe didn't want anyone in restaurant I presume. Anyhow out if all locations this one reminds me if a run down mcdonalds.

I would have to say this is the only chic-fil-a I have visited that did not go out of their way to provide a pleasant customer experience. I have come to expect a certain level of service from Chick-fil-A and this location does not meet those expectations. Not only did they get my order wrong, the attendant failed to scan my rewards code, after he told me he had done it already. Lastly they informed me that they no longer make special dietary request when ordering certain items off the menu. Because as they informed me that the owner felt it was too costly. I understand that the bottom line is important but at what cost? This location does not have the same feel as any of the other locations. So, Do yourself a favor skip this location and go down the street a little further, or visit a McDonald’s service wise there is no difference.

Drive thru was my slowest experience until I got to the window and was told payments got mixed up .... long story short my meal was paid for by the person ahead of me .... so I paid for the person behind me... hopefully they kept it going!

What’s up with this location. Takes forever. Also, don’t waste money on fry sizes.

Their food is never consistent. Their portions are always changing, their portion sizes are half the size, half the time than they should be. I have complained and they don't care. At first they were nice about it etc. But the last draw was the spicy breakfast filet was literally half the size of the breakfast regular filet. And they basically said we cant do anything about it, like they wouldn't even give me a bigger size. So i ended up returning all the food which was like $13. And considering i sometimes used to go every week spending $10 to $15 dollars you would think they care. Well i wont be going but once a month if that to get one regular filet.

Because of the poor customer service I will not go back to this location! They failed to put all my order in my bag- I know- I should have checked but I asked the cashier if all the items were there and he assured me they were. I had to drive back to get my food and lunch was late for everyone. I felt they should have comped my purchase but manager Jennifer said, “No, you got your food!” Yes I did and the last time at her place!

Consistently fails to get online orders right. Yet again our online order was wrong. Manager Carson apologized for his team’s failure to focus but would not refund my meal that I cannot eat since it’s wrong. Manager Carson was unprofessional and lacked maturity in how he spoke. He refused to allow me to speak to a higher lever manager stating he was the highest level manager available tonight and all day tomorrow. Manager Carson proved his professionalism by hanging up on me when I questioned his title (based on how he sounded throughout the call).

So sad when chick fil-a messed up a order and you call give them all the info for the order they tell you that you will have a replacement now I go for my replacement and the manager didn’t put me in the system and karlos smith treated me like I was a person trying to get free food when Chick-fil-A messed up smh now I paid for a order that I was told I didn’t have too
