I usually love the spicy crispy deluxe sandwich here but this time the bun was super oily, the chicken was very small and not crispy at all. However, management replaced my sandwich with no problem when I took it back to the register so they made it right.
I came right before closing and the staff treated me no different but with GREAT service! Food was great and to the homie that has a date tomorrow, you got this bro u definitely gonna impress! 10/10
It was miraculously way less crowded than usual. Staff was nice as usual, I even had a great conversation with Terryl. Service was fast, food was good, and I think my sister finally changed her mind about chick fil a's food.
Literally had me sitting inside waiting for my mobile order for over 25 minutes. My order was just sitting there because they never marked it complete for the app OR yelled my name aloud. My food is COLD.Only reason I even got my food is because a lady asked if I was doing okay.Will not be coming back to this location.
I was sadly disappointed that the music has shifted to easy listening. Music by the Supremes *Come See About Me* is playing as I type. Full lyrics are played for the easy listening songs. Two instrumentals were played while I was there. Unless you know Christian music, there is no way of knowing what the song testifies. This is what I experienced in my 45-minute visit. Of course, the food, service, and employees are great as always. Bring back Christian music with the lyrics please. It's a great testimony.
Super sweet staff. Was running errands and decided to use my Chickfila App to grab something to eat on the go. Probably changed my delivery method 3x due to some unexpected changed w my errands and made a request and they still were so accommodating and left me a lil cute note here. Will be back due to the amazing service. :))
I'm not sure what has changed at this location but you can definitely tell. I work in this parking lot & uses this location often. The past few times I've gotten sandwich with cold cheese, incorrect order & partial order. Imagine being on a 30 minute lunch break order in advance only to wait 15 minutes after getting there & boom the order is wrong smh something has to be done about this
HORRIBLE SERVICE! Whether it's drive thru or delivery! More so delivery, my orders always incorrect or not complete or just completely wrong order!!! Receipt on order correct but food on inside is NOT! ? I always call to complain (offered free food) however I don't want free food! FIX YOUR SYSTEM/ EMPLOYEES obviously not following protocol in packaging orders! ?
Excellent except the fries are slightly soggy. It seems that the fries are placed in the container way ahead so the heat makes it soggy before it is handled to customers. In chick fillet Dixie farm their fries are not as soggy. Thank you.
Order was perfect as usual, but they were a little slow on the take-out at the counter. Looked like the drive through was getting most of the love!
