Very good! We got a BBQ Pork sandwhich, side of Mac and cheese, mashed potatoes, and a loaded baked potato with Sliced brisket. The baked potato was MASSIVE. You could definitely share or order half which is what I should've done. The brisket was very delicious as well. It was very tender cut up brisket and the BBQ sauce was very flavorful and not too sweet. My only complaint is the mac and cheese was a bit runny although the mashed potatoes were very cheesy and good. That potato was definitely the star of the show!
The BBQ was great and the brisket was on point. The service was nice and helpful in choosing food. The parking lot has plenty of space and is easy to get too. The decorations in the restaurant are a big part of the theme, everywhere you look is a different story. It has a cozy feeling too it and I would recommend it too those looking to get a nice cut of meat and sides.
The best baked potatoes ever!! Not dry at all. My coworkers and I order from here all the time. Their half baked potato it’s like for 2 people so I never finish it. But it is so good!!
The place to go for BBQ. We were coming back from Corpus Christi TX and wanted to find a place for dinner. When the Mrs said BBQ it was an automatic reaction to say central Texas bbq ?. I really enjoyed the Cuban pulled pork Sandwich which was packed with shredded pork (a very generous portion). The BBQ sauce and pickles are a great combination to add and just makes the sandwich taste delicious! We had the cornbread which I'd recommended to try if you haven't before. Very friendly servers and great tasting food. Oh and please please try the new potatoes casserole absolutely cream and mouthwatering. You will not be disappointed mark my word! Very good value for money and huge portions. Definitely be prepared to eat!
Been going here more than 20 plus years. Love the food. However, my recent visit wasn't so pleasant. Macaroni was too watery. Brisket was good. But the guy cut 2 pieces out of the four slices, maybe from a bad end. I couldn't even bite; chew it. Totally rubbery. That was disappointing lol as I wanted to eat all the slices I paid for. Please make the macaroni less soupy. ?

Just had the most delicious meal. Great atmosphere, awesome service.... clean bathroom. They had live music tonight and he played so sweetly he had me in tears! For 16 a person you get alot of food. If you get the chance do not miss this place. Amazing!!!!!

We decided to stop by because Central Texas was recommended by a friend. The staff was very friendly. I got the beef brisket and the chopped beef with a side of mac and cheese and potato salad. The meat was tender but the BBQ sauce on it was completely bland, as were the sides. My friend thought the same of his meal. He had the beef brisket, a pork item, collared greens, and corn. It was worth trying but I don't see myself returning. Again though, it came recommended so maybe just different taste preferences. I just feel there are better bbq places.
A hometown favorite. My favorites are the loaded baked potatoe(a whole one can feed 2-3 people), the ribs, the broccoli cheese casserole and the amazing peach cobbler. If you’re from Pearland, this is where you eat.
