Me and my friend usually order from the center court pizza by (pearland parkway) but decided to order from this location which is 5 minutes from our house. We ordered 2 medium pizzas and a side of wings, as u can see the picture below the wings were NOT fresh as if they were sitting under a heat lamp for a while & the pizzas the same.. The other location never disappoints I hope this location improves its freshness and quality! (ESPECIALLY for $19.99 a pizza!) We spent a total of $60.00 for stale food. :(
4/8/22. Our 1st and last time at this location. The pizza was ok, but the service was pretty bad. Our server was trying her best, it looked like she was handling outside and inside tables so I get that. What was annoying was waiting entirely too long for a beer because the "bartender", Alex I believe, was just chilling talking to a table with 3 ladies for long periods of time. We saw many people waiting for drinks. Even our server apologized for the wait, she called out to Alex "Still waiting on 2 Blue Moons" and he just ignored her.
We called to place an order for a large pizza, ½ marinara ½ alfredo.Apparently it's tooo difficult to put 2 sauces on 1 pizza. We we're told it's a "KITCHEN RULE", fine we order 2 med pizzas, the quote was 15 min... clearly it wasn't since it took almost 35 min in total, so we purchased 2 diff pizzas instead of 1 large, so 50 something dollars instead of 20 something, absolutely absurd, understandable that the servers were just doing what they're told to do. Management might want to take another look at some of your ridiculous policies, highway robbery,
I tried this place because it came recommended on Facebook. The pizza is very thin and not a lot of cheese. I guess some people like pizza like this, not me. I will say the cannon balls were really good. My food was cold when I arrived to pick up. The bartender was courteous and I have nothing bad to say about the staff, just the pizza was nothing like what I was looking for or expected.
This place is awesome. Plenty of screens to watch sports on. Their creative pizza are excellent. The service is good. It is a great place. A little small but the food is the best. Hope to be back soon.
The food was good, the price....not so much. My 3 kids got 2 kid's pizzas and a chicken tender basket with sodas, my wife got the pizza rolls, Texas fries, and a soda and I got the yard bird and a soda. $83 after tax!!!We had to yell our conversation to each other because the sound for the tv was up super loud.
Best pizza hands down. This is the only place we go for restaurant-made pizza. Decent beers on tap as well. Outdoor patio is great!
Placed an order for pick up, they said it would be ready 30 minutes. I arrived within 30 minutes. When I arrived they said it wasn't quite ready, and it would be another 2 to 3 minutes. No problem. I waited. And waited. 6 to- go orders were picked up while I waited. FINALLY someone asked if I'd been helped, and I explained that I'd placed an order at this point an hour ago. She went back to check. She went in and out several more times with other orders. So I stopped the next waitress that came out to explain my situation. She went to the kitchen and returned to say she thinks they messed my pizza up, so they're remaking it. I said no thank you, I'd just like a refund. She said ok, and went to the register. She remained in the kitchen awhile, and then came out with an order and delivered it to the customer behind me. So I asked another waitress to attend to my refund. I've waited over an hour for a pizza that never arrived. Another waitress came out and told me they were remaking it because mine had been given to someone else. WHAT?! So when I tell yet ANOTHER waitress my patience has worn out, she goes into the kitchen and slides a voided transaction receipt on the counter without making any eye contact, delivering no apology. This establishment NEVER has to worry about me and my money again.
Just go to the one on pearland parkway. The one by BB's is trash. They got our order wrong so when we arrived to pick up we had to wait for a whole new pizza. The new one was ALSO wrong not to mention burned and they offered NOTHING for the inconvenience...not even a soda while we wait. :/ Trash customer service trash pizza. The CC on pearland parkway NEVER MISSES. Always fantastic. Steer clear of this one.
Took awhile to bring drinks and food but all else was really good.
