We haven't been to a Casa Ole' in about 12 years due to location. It was good to see that the restaurant preserved itself well. The leather in the booths was fresh...not all cracked and ugly like some restaurants let their seats get. A big screen TV for those who need it. The food was prepared perfectly, and Kelly, our server, was great!
Casa Ole is my all time favorite restaurant. I'm very picky about the rice and have yet to find another restaurant that has rice as good as at Casa Ole. I drive a long way to get takeout because my local Casa Ole closed due to the pandemic.I order the same dinner every time. Cheese enchiladas, double rice, no beans. I've eaten the same thing since I was a child. I'm autistic and will notice if there is a change in recipe. Thankfully I get the same food no matter the location at Casa Ole.I love that the cheese enchiladas aren't too cheesy. It's the perfect tortilla to cheese ratio and the enchilada sauce is yummy. I always request green onions on the side. The rice doesn't have anything weird in it like corn or peas. I can pick them out but it's nice not worry about accidentally eating one.Some locations have a buffet with lots of food choices.The employees are always super nice and I've never had to wait long for my food.
Always terrific food, drinks AND service. If I'm not there AT LEAST weekly I start to undergo serious withdrawal symptoms.Immediate salsa injection, PLEEEEZE‼️?? Best Tex-mex in town.??
Service wasn’t too bad here!The food on the other hand wasn’t great at all.I remember eating here as a kid and not being too excited about it but as an adult I dreaded it after the first bite. We got cheese enchiladas and they were the oddest ones we’ve had. Super tiny made with corn tortillas and the cheese wasn’t even melted.
My wife and I love eating in the Dining room, but the past 3 times I've come here I've ordered To-Go food. All 3 times, something was left off of my order. Unfortunately all future times I'll be ordering here, I'm going to have to completely unbox and open everything in the lobby to make sure it's all there. I'm not sure why I leave a tip when the togo servers aren't properly doing their jobs. I don't live extremely close either, so its very inconvenient to have to drive back to the restaurant to pick up what they left out, or to get home without the items I payed for. Of all 3 times, I've called and spoken to a manager, not once have I been compensated for my inconvenience. I won't be back for a while...
Went out with my daughter and son in law. Food was good. Waiter couldn’t understand what I was saying I wanted , and brought me the wrong plate. He carded my son in law. Who is 24 and forgot his I.D. I let him know he is 24, and he had his license, but had a copy on his phone. Denied serving him. Treated us all like liers, even manager!!!
Been going here for 25 years and in the past 2 months on two different occasions was served nasty cheese enchiladas. They tasted old like they had been sitting out for a few weeks. Management needs to figure it out before more loss of costumers like us. She was even making us pay for the pathetic meal. Lost appetite! No longer a costumer!! Bye Casa Ole!

This was an AMAZING experience! We came with no reservation on a Friday night, and while many people were here, there was no wait and our food came incredibly fast. The staff was incredibly friendly and patient, especially our waitress, and the restaurant was beautiful. The food was delicious as well. I would highly recommend trying this place out!
Carlos is a wonderful waiter. He made sure we had everything we needed. The restaurant was clean and all other staff was nice. The variety of food is great and our selections were great.
