Avoid this place at all cost. Have been there 3 times at which I had to return because the ground beef had included an inch of grease at the bottom of the bowl container. This time instead of just making a new one, the employees ridiculed me that it was bean juice and salsa like I have no clue what grease looks like. It’s amazing that the remake bowl did not have any grease in it. So clearly there is a way.Also this place now has a B rating from the Pearland health department for various violations related to keeping the food warm etc you can look up on the pearland website. Recommend you stay safe and go to the burrito restaurant just up the road.
Chipotle's chicken burrito taste's better & $9. For the same $5. Bullrito charges on Tues for the taco special you can get 10 of the same at Jack's. Never again.
Ladies at the front were nice, (only reason for my 2 stars) but food was extremely bland. I got a fajita combo plate and the chicken was bland, the beef fajita was was too hard to eat, rice was dry, the beans were the best thing on my plate. I had high expectations for this place.
Staff is friendly and food tasted good .only negative is they ran out of strawberry tea and did not have more.
They brought our order out to us. It was good food. My dish had enough that I ate some for lunch and my mom had the rest for supper.

Food is good always. Wife went in around 7:15 tonight and the guy behind the counter dropped his head like a customer was an inconvenience. Also, when my wife ordered steak and chicken he exclaimed "chicken and steak!". Again, she felt like she was inconveniencing the people who get paid to work there. Immediately upon getting in the car she said " people here are always the rudest". 2 stars for the food, minus 3 for customer service.
I tried this place because I had eaten at a BULLRITOS located in Cypress that was alway delicious. This is definitely not the case at the Pearland location which is really disappointing because I live in Pearland. The burrito I ordered was filled with so many good ingredients its hard to believe that it was as dry as it was. What really got under my skin was that I ordered guacamole and when I got home and was eating my 14.00 burrito about halfway in I realized that there was no guacamole. I called and explained that I had ordered guacamole but did not get any and the lady I was talking to said "And then?". I said "What do you mean and then how much does guacamole cost?" She said it was 2.25. I said so I was charged 2.25 for something I didn't get and she said come back and I will give you some guacamole, as if that would fix it. She was rude her attitude was bad even when I was paying for the burrito. She looked at me with disdain because the young man taking the payment was having a hard time with my prepaid debit card. I won't be eating there again and it's no surprise that when I went in there I was the only other person in there.
