Horrible experience with Jen, the GM. She unnecessarily raised her voice, flailed her hands and called me "Baby." She std there was nothing she could do to fix the problem and a refund takes 7-14 days. She later came and std she was remaking my order. Not sure why she didnt offer this at first. I declined. On busy nights things may go wrong. But customer service should never be omitted. I later heard Jen and Rob's, the Manager?, entire conversation about me. I asked him is this what he was about? I shared I heard their whole conversation. Wow...
First of all I want to say the food was great, my server was nice, what got me was at the end our bill came out to $108.00 & I paid with $110. Assuming that I was leaving a $2 tip 3 employees came out and confronted me. Trying to embarrass me by saying “I heard you had a bill for $108 could you at least give $5 tip” in a loud obnoxious tone that the whole store heard. NotKnowing that I asked for change for a $20 to leave a tip already. The employee that disrespected me and my wife name is John. He works at the register I believe but felt the need to come attack my character. I would never go back to this place. I’m of African American descent, and getting treated like that by another African American no matter what differences we have is a poor way to run a business. I’m completely turned off from Buffalo Wild Wings, lucky I know how to control my emotions or it would have been worse. You don’t disrespect and embarrass a man in front of his wife and walk away that easy. I kept it professional and left a nice tip. I wish your employees could do the same.
We got boneless and the pieces were so hard to chew, ultra crunchy :( and the had any sauce covering them… nasty nasty ?
Worst restaurant ever!! I don’t recommend at all!! They have really bad service, dine-in and takeout, both!! My last take out order was a disaster, cold food and completely wrong. The manager offered a refund which I never received.After several months, I decided to dine-in for lunch today and we found roaches crawling on the wall near the booths by the bar. My kids and I moved tables and kinda stopped eating after that, nasty. The server didn’t bother to bring the manager or any kind of customer satisfaction. I asked for the manager and they stated she was busy with one of their vendors, she declined to stop by my table. I asked for the District Manager contact info and did not provide, only her name “Shila”. This is absolutely a disgrace of business, I will never go back to this specific location, period. I wouldn’t give them any stars at all, but have to do just one in order to post.
It's okay to be honest. The wings were not hot and we had to ask twice for extra wet the lady who served us seemed to be having a bad day and wasn't very helpful. We wanted to give it another try as our previous experience wasn't too great but as we wanted wings we said let's try BWW. We got their traditional wing offer which was buy one get one free however we wasn't allowed to make them all flats or even have them crispy, due to company policy?!?! However we was allowed to have them extra wet but as previously mentioned this wasn't the case. The flavour we had was spicy garlic but the taste this time around wasn't as great. We was very disappointed and didn't finish much of the wings as it was cold. I'd hope that the manager reading this can do something about this so we can come back otherwise I don't think we will as we don't want to be dissatisfied a third time around.
Great cold beer. Really good food.
We went last week and our wings were barely warm when they came to the table. I was not impressed with this place and will definitely not be back.
I wanted to have a buffalo salad and decided to try Buffalo Wild Wings. The employee at the front register was very friendly and helpful. My salad was supposed to come with bacon and green onions, but they were not on this salad. Next time I will be trying something different.
Good food. Some servers are great. Enjoy coming here once in a while for a variety of wings. Just noticed they have cauliflower wings.
As some one who has been coming here for the past ten years once a week... sometimes twice it's been hit or miss. We come for the wings but it's been a few years that we have came for the service. We do have our favorite waitress(chloe) but I did want to commend Desi for her great service in the bar area. She is far on her way! I will say she needs a helper due to the busy hour but she managed Well and with a smile. Thank you Desi!
