Food is still good but DO NOT Go TO THE BAR. The bartender was horrible tonight, its Thursday with maybe 4 tables at the bar. Took 30 minutes and we had to leave because all she was doing was wiping empty tables down. Never came to us so we ended up going to a table and the service was great. The bartender is ridiculous brewingz needs to find better service.
I have been going there for some time but I’ve never had bad service til this evening. The bartender whose aka waitress aswell had an AWFUL AND VERY UNFIRENDLY ATTITUDE! I asked for a second beer and SHE said you need to finish your beer. 1st and foremost I’m the customer.:. If I want a fresh beer you ought to give me one I don’t need to drink my beer down to the foam! You can take the glass and give me what I asked for! Who the WTH! Never again! You lost a customer!!!
Was looking to have a nice dinner time with my family. Should have gone somewhere else. The service was poor. The waitress was not very attentive, when we ask a question about one of the drinks, she simply reply "don't know" and walked away . After we got our food, she did not come back to check if we needed anything. We order deserts, she failed to bring my husband's desert, we point out we were missing one, she said someone will be out with it, and walked away again. Almost 20 minutes later she comes out with a desert for my husband, we had all finished eating already and were getting ready to go. She never apologized or provide an explanation why it took so long. Will never go back again.
Don’t bother going here. I felt bad for our very young waitress who had no support from the multiple people standing around at the front. Food was mediocre. They failed to tell us they could not split our party of 25 into multiple checks until after we were done eating. Manager in training went psycho on us screaming at us. She asked me ‘who do you think you are?’ I don’t think I’m anyone lady. Just wanted to pay. Gladly over paid just to get out of there. Luckily I don’t live in Houston and will never be back. They don’t care about customer service.
This is my go to Brewingz location. The staff is friendly, and the service is fast and very polite. I love the daily deals and the family and I can't get enough of the high quality chicken. The boneless chicken wings taste amazing and have a higher quality feel to them. Hands down my favorite wing place.
Waited more then 10 minutes to just get asked for drinks, waitress was very nice and said they were short handed... while 4 girls just stood around the front counter just talking and goofing around instead of helping. Tea was flavorless, food took forever. Note "there was only 4 tables where customer were to be served" This was my 3rd and last time coming here.No dordash pick ups or anything, no excuses tbh. Not worth the $50 spent ?
Place was unbelievably dirty. No soap in the bathroom which means the staff is unable to wash their hands before going back into the kitchen ?. They were out of every alcoholic beverage I asked for. Fried pickles were extremely salty. Boneless wings were awful. Such a depressing place.
Forget the food, it was good! Went earlier today and my waitress Emily, One word AMAZING!!! Very sweet, so witty, funny and great attitude. She was super attentive which my husband and I loved. Every waiter we've had would have a bad attitude. Emily changed that for us. Loved how she said ladies first with the food and our beers. Definitely will come back for the beers and wings with my husband. Keep it up brewingz !
The garlic parmesan wings were a little flavorless. The service at lunch was surprisingly faster than expected. The Cesar salad was a little dry as well.
Slow service (not crowded either), overpriced food that was soooo not worth it. “It’s a shame chickens died for this meal” is what my husband said .????
