bad service we like the wings but the servers needs to be more profecionals
Run fast and not towards this location but far away. Came here for Father’s Day for late lunch burgers were fine but the wings were all dry. No service. Had to chase the waitress down to both serve us as well as to pay the bill. According to the guy up front and the waitress it is normal for the chicken to be dry. Horrible service horrible food save yourself some money and skip this place.
Server checked on us 1 time during our dining experience. A host had to refill my son's sprite, I had to get up and walk to the bar to get our beers that had been sitting there for about 10 minutes. A different person brought our food. Never received silverware and had to ask a different person for napkins. Our server had no problem playing on his phone and laughing it up with other tables while we sat and sat and sat waiting on beers or at least a check up on us. Once our beers and food were finished he FINALLY came by to ask how things were going. ?. Just give me the check please...I'm not waiting another 10 minutes for beers.
I have never felt so unwelcome in an establishment in my life. When we first walked in the staff looked at us like we were the scum of the earth. They were short staffed, on a Saturday night and even though they weren't "busy" they still couldn't handle the customers they had. During our 15-20 minute wait at the front the hostess rolled her eyes at us so much and was so rude it seemed almost personal, but after reading the other reviews, it's good to know it wasn't just us that have been treated this way. We will never go back even though the waiter did his best to provide better service. The food was just ok.
This was the worst experience ever, server named Jailyn. Took 30 minutes to get each drink, food made me sick to my stomach, I used their restroom twice in 30 minutes.. Terrible drinks, we asked for lemon drops and Vegas bombs and got lemonade and Red Bull. And the manager, Val was oblivious and unhelpful. Worst experience ever. Will never return. Horrible food, drinks and service! NO STARS!

The bartender chick hispanic looking with brown hair, amazing! She kept checking on me and idk if its bc it was close to closing time but I never ever ever can get the other blonde bartender chicks attention. Well last time I went which was a while ago, it was a burgundy red hair chick or i forgot how she looked like but she has glasses and skinny lady. She hardly ever checked on me or asked if I need anything else. This Hispanic one, love her.
Picked up a togo order for lunch and had a great experience with the cashier. She retrieved all my food and my drink for me and was so sweet! The lunch specials are such good prices for what you’re getting. 1000% recommend?
First and last time here. Cold food that tasted spoiled. Cheetos wings were just thrown together it seemed. Bar area had no server and bartender came by to get order and that was about it. I had to go up to the bar to get refills, the sad part was it was pretty empty in there.
I'm not really sure where to start, but here it is. The best part of the meal was getting the check (although overpriced for what we received). I'm aware of the wing shortage, but c'mon guys. I'm not sure where you found a dealer that sells you Sparrow wings. I've never had wings that small that tasted so bad. Salad tasted liked it came out of the dishwasher. There was a good amount of water at the bottom of the salad bowl. Onion rings were good though. 2 stars only because the server was attentive and made sure drinks were full. Will not be back.
