I was excited to try this place cause I normally love going to bars/restaurants like this. But I was really disappointed. The decor inside is pretty cool and fun to look around, the ladies were looking good also! I did notice lots of employees were standing around and socializing though and not really being attentive to their tables.The reasons for my 1-star review --- food was good, but overpriced, and it's $1.50 additional charges for more than one dipping sauce. The sauce cups are tiny! I've never heard of a place charging this much for sauce before.Our waitress was nice, but I'm not sure whether she was inexperienced in waiting or if the socializing I mentioned above was a factor, but she didn't come to check on us often and would leave empty glasses on our table, etc.The music was....okay? It was basically one genre of music and nothing else, but being a military/veteran themed place I guess I was expecting a certain genre but that might be unfair for me to assume.Our table was really wobbly and we had to be sat elsewhere, and then when I tried to wipe up some water I spilled, the rust came off all over the napkin. The rusty tables aren't really working out here.Overall I was let down by my visit, and I was disappointed since I was excited to try it! Probably won't be back.
1st time at this location. In the area for a motorcycle Freedom ride and we had our meet n greet here. The atmosphere was great and the music awesome. Which would have for a great club. But its a restaurant and the service eas not great. The outside bar had quick service but the inside not so much. The servers were dancing and making videos with we other. So there were a few that were actually working, including ours. So the wait time to get food was ridiculous or teying ask for additional items. 5 of us at a table and 1 persons food went to the wrong person and was sent back so talking an our to get her food after the mix up. Wrong sauce for the wings and was charged extra for the right one. But if you don't tip it's an issue. TIPS Mean "To insure prompt service". Which we didn't get. Still had fun but it's the little thing that make a difference. This location will always have customers I'm sure but someone should still care about operations since that's what runs business in the ground over time, even franchises and chains.
All food is way over priced. Not much selection on good whiskey. Margaritas were bland and watered down. Beer was cold, a lot of TVs and service was great. If you are ONLY getting some beers to watch a game this is your spot. Not to eat nor to grab a top shelf proper drink.
Good environment, good food, good music, weak drinks, I do not like the practice of making customers put a cards of file before receiving their food or drinks, especially if you are dinning in and not at the bar. You have to open a tab if you pay by card, if you pay with cash you can pay after you've had your food and drinks.I will definitely advocate for paying for your service and meals, by no means is it acceptable to "dine and dash." If you're like myself, one who ❤️ good food, environments, people, and the ability to pay as you go, etc. This may not be the place to satisfy all your dining needs.
Waited over an hour for shrimp that never came and was given to another table and eaten by some other customers. Spoke to the manager on duty about it and he stepped away to investigate but never came back. Spoke to the waitress who placed the order and asked her to call the man she back over and she walked away and never returned.The place isn’t even busy. We order drinks but had to walk to the bar to get the order ourselves. Definitely not impressed with the service here.
Went this past Saturday evening. Left a tip just to find the server must of added an extra $5 to the tip. Because that’s what my bank statement says. She shouldn’t have gotten the original tip ($10) because we had to keep asking a different server to either go get her or get us what we wanted. Definitely not a good look! My chicken wings were good though and I loved the atmosphere.Update: No call back after a week and was told a manager would call me back twice. And they blocked my number so I can’t get through on one phone. Thank you Frank. I guess it’s ok for your waiters to fraudulently change numbers on receipts in order to get a couple extra dollars for a tip. I will go ahead and dispute this with my bank.

The silverware,glasses, and plates were dirty. My dessert was sent out cold, twice. My server was cool, however, the manager definitely needs works. He wants me to pay for food that I did not eat. Definitely not worth the time and energy to come here.
My first time there. The food was tasty and hot and fresh. That's my pet peeve when the food comes out cool or cold. But the food was delicious. And the Margarita..wow. I think it was the TNT. And my waitress Kathleen was wonderful... Her recommendations was on point. I'll try the cheesecake on my cheat day. I wish I was able to give her a hefty tip. But my first experience was a good one.
