My husband, my 2 yo, and I show up at 6:30. The place is not busy. The entire time we were there there was a max of 10 tables in regular dining and there were a handful of people in the bar. We managed to give the server our food order at 6:50. Potato skins, boneless wings, fries. 7:05, 15 minutes, later our potatoes skins come out. They were delicious. We eat those. Server says our food will be right out. We wait about another 15 minutes, 7:20, and our fries come out. Another table comes in, sits and orders. Another person, not our server, comes by apologizes for the food taking so long, says they’ll comp the potato skins. Server comes back by and apologizes again. Assuring us the wings will be right out. At 7:50, AN HOUR after we order the table that came in well after us gets THEIR food and we’re still waiting for the wings. Absolutely not. It was past by 2 yo’s bedtime and he had only eaten potato skins and fries. I honestly can’t think of what would have caused this. They weren’t busy. It’s boneless wings. They don’t take like 10 maybe 15 minutes to cook. I’m just at a complete loss as to what happened, but absolutely a terrible experience. Which is a shame since we used to frequent the Atascocita location when we lived up there.
Very slow service at this location. The H-town fries were amazing. The drinks were very homemade, their were still very big chunks of ice in the blended drinks. I ordered lemon peppers wings and received hot wings, the waitress went on to act as if the hot wings were lemon pepper wings. We waited so long for our food, I just ate the hot wings anyway and left...
This place was great! The server was attentive and friendly. The food was made fresh. OMG. My wife got a salad and it was one of the best salads in a long while. I got the wing basket and the wings were cooked perfectly with that crispy feel and even better with the chipotle bbq sauce. This place is a must for your salad and wings craving!
Despite the current negative reviews, we tried this place yesterday. There wasn't really anyone eating. ? They advertised a special. The sign outside was written as $5 less than the price on the board inside.The food was subpar. We ordered a combo special that gave us a little of everything. While the wings were a good size. The boneless wings had no sauce. The ranch was good. The chili and cheese sauce tasted from a can.Our service was fine. Jordan was a nice server. But the other staff around made it awkward when you could hear one server walk around talking about a table that just left.I believe this place has a good looking menu just needs to be executed better.
i wanted to take my family to a nice place the server was nice but i just don’t understand how they don’t have a DRESS-CODE the bartender was wear literally NOTHING wears crop top that was way to low. there are children that eat here. somebody get the little red head girl a shirt please. i can’t believe a manger lets them wear discussing clothing get this under control
First of all, waited at the store for 45 mins for a pick up order. Very dried out wings, crunchy, and burnt. Order a large basket of wedges and it only came with 10 wedges (I counted). The strawberry daiquiri had plastic flakes all in the drink, making it impossible to drink unless I wanted to consume plastic. Very disappointed Big City Wings
I'm always down to check out a new to me wing spot. I met a buddy here and glad he was down too. There is seating and TVs galore along with arcade video games. I need to come back and catch a game. The food was so good. All of my fried items had a good exterior crunch followed by tender middles. They have plenty of flavors available. I had to try their spicy ranch lemon pepper rub and it was bomb. Their fried pickle spears were on point.
It's okay to be honest. The wings were not hot and we had to ask twice for extra wet the lady who served us seemed to be having a bad day and wasn't very helpful. We wanted to give it another try as our previous experience wasn't too great but as we wanted wings we said let's try BWW. We got their traditional wing offer which was buy one get one free however we wasn't allowed to make them all flats or even have them crispy, due to company policy?!?! However we was allowed to have them extra wet but as previously mentioned this wasn't the case. The flavour we had was spicy garlic but the taste this time around wasn't as great.
Allow me to tell a story... my wife orders mild wings over the phone. I go in to get them, the girl behind the desk brings my food, hands it to me and says "have good day". I leave. On our way home we get a call and this person on the phone tells my wife I forgot to pay.First, how did I get an order of to go wings without paying? I didn't "forget" to pay. She didn't ask for payment before giving me my food.Then she couldn't take the payment over the phone.Finally not only did we have to go back to the restaurant to pay, the freaking wings were wrong! We ordered mild and got plain wings. Unreal experience
The food was okay but the garlic parm wings were super weird and we're smothered in this weird yellow sauce that didn't taste very good. Other wing flavors were better but super messy because they had so much sauce on them. Drinks were okay, service was pretty slow. Probably not a place I'll try again.
