Food always tastes great! I can’t remember our waiters name but we had a large group of 25 , after our bake sale and he handled everything with grace. All orders were right, communication was there and he never seemed irritated or frustrated! Melanie was the manager on duties helping us as well and her communication was also great! We will definitely return!!!! Shout out again to our waiter! He did a great job!!!!
Once again I ordered a family dinner via Door Dash and did not receive the entire order. Omitted was mac and cheese, Cajun cream sauce and garlic bread. I love their food but the To Go service is not reliable. As customers, we pay high prices for the food and the delivery service, so we should expect the same quality as if we were dining in the restaurant. Please work better to deliver food at the highest quality and service. Thanks!
My husband and I recently ate a Friday evening dinner at BB's on recommendation from a local family member. There are multiple BB's locations, but we were en route from the airport to the Sargent area, so we chose this location. It is a good--sized restaurant with a large patio, but even early evening it was already very busy. We were able tp put our name in and be alerted by text and/or follow the app to know our status in the queue (based on all size parties). The food was very good, and we had a friendly and attentive server. I don't eat a lot of seafood, but I was able to order a chicken and andouille sausage gumbo. It was served with hush puppies and white rice. Tasty. My husband ordered a sampler trio--he loves seafood, so he really enjoyed his meal. I made the mistake of ordering dessert afterward. I wanted to try the bread pudding and my piece was very large! It was thick, too, and topped with thick meringue, and there was a sauce that I assumed to be a vanilla sauce. Very good. I ate it all, so I wasn't very comfortable after my meal!
Was excited to finally try the legendary BB’s crawfish and fixins! Was so disappointed that I was nearly heartbroken. The crawfish had every look, taste, texture and flavor of having been frozen. The heads were completely dry and the tails mushy. The spices were ok but nothing to write home about. The staff however were attentive and friendly. The highlight of the experience was the ice cold Yuengling lager.

If I could rate zero stars I would. I went to west Pearland location where the staff was attentive and friendly, but the quality of the food was sub par.Ordered 2 lbs of crawfish where the initial batch was fairly good given it's just the start of the season. However second batch had substantial dead crawfish (see attached photo). I requested another order but same bad results; it must have been the bottom of the bag. If that's the case, either management did not care, too cheap to trash, or cooks we're not trained to throw out the dead ones before cooking. It makes you wonder if they change the water boil between lunch and dinner. In short, if you want to pay for dead crawfish and GI problems the next day, please drop on by and waste your money and time. I think I'll give it another try when crawfish season starts back up again in April - NOT!
