The best thing I did all day was come into this Baskin Robins! I came in with my family to see if I could have a “gender reveal” (I just had an ultrasound) ice cream cone made for me. Since this is my 5th child, I wanted to do something fun and sweet to celebrate. Plus, I wanted to find out in private. I came in and explained to Jamari exactly what I wanted, and she super delivered. She made me the prettiest cone with tiny pink hearts inside (my first and only girl is on the way!!!!). It made me ugly cry to find out the news in such a truly delicious way. The best ice cream in town with the best service from such a beautiful soul. I will never forget how special she made me feel in that small moment. Especially after lame coldstone looked at me like I was nuts when I asked if they could make me a simple cone.I will definitely be back to Baskin Robins. It will always be such a special place to me and my family now.
Man this girl gone come serve me seeing that the ice cream I wanted was pretty much gone she tried to scrap it and couldn't so she tapped her other Co worker and after that she took off to the back office never to be seen again. Let's say it was 10 plus people in line waiting. How inconsiderate of that co worker to leave that girl hanging. smh.
the worker, aryana, told my sister that there was no more money in her gift card and took it from her and threw it away! when we went back in, we talked to Aryana again and she was extremely rude with both my sister and i. she told us to “dig in the trash if we wanted it that bad” the worker also insulted my sister by saying “i’m not about to argue with a little girl” and we were not happy with this experience. a business is only as good as it’s workers and this was extremely disappointing given how often we came to this baskin robins. not coming back!
Ordered their speciality cakes online from BR website, they made a sad looking cake for daughters birthday. Disappointed.
Stopped in few days back with my cousins and we really enjoyed the ice cream and the staff was friendly. They gave samplers to kids to taste before we order.When we got there around 9:30pm, all the chairs were upside down and closing time usually around 10pm. No issues for me, because we had planned to order the ice creams as To Go.
We came in tonight. Three attentive, polite, and personable young ladies were working. All areas were clean. It was the best experience I’ve ever had here

There website says they close at 10pm..but we got there at 9pm and all the chairs were upside down on tables...doors locked....and workers just hanging around I'm guessing till 10pm... closing an hour early...and probably clocking out at 10pm...10/22/2021...too bad Dairy Queen it is..
