I’ve come to this wingstop 2 weeks in a row and they have had amazing customer service! I was told by another wing stop they are not allowed to take any orders after 11:40 and I walked in at 11:40 so the girl argued with me so that to pass 11:40 and take my order…I called this wingstop @ 11:44pm and Jessica pleasantly answered the phone and took my order with no problem!! I’m so impressed with the management here because it shows through the staff!!Will be using this wingstop more often even if it’s further from my house!!

Fries are horrible ? please fix it.
Placed an order online but it wouldn't let me pick spicy lemon pepper when I placed the order so when I got to the store I asked the cashier with the eye brow piercing if she could add lemon pepper to my hot wings since it wasn't an option online and she rolled her eyes and huffed and puffed like I was being unreasonable then she forgot our drinks and when I reminded her she rolled her eyes again and walked away so I asked to speak to her manager since the cashier was rude and the manager was very apologetic and nice she fixed our order without an attitude and even upgraded my drink for free for all the trouble, I see the same manager lady there a lot and she's always really friendly and helpful but I would work on the customer service with the cashier's other than that I still prefer this location over other stores
GREAT SERVICE!! the cashier gisselle was very friendly and helped me get my order on time, great costumer service and place looked very clean. Definitely going back! :)
Wingstop has some of the best wings and tenders. However this location is very unorganized and took way too long. Multiple people got their orders wrong. And my fries way too much seasoning. I'm talking you can use it to melt ice.
This place needs to be shutdown. Took 90 minutes for my order to be ready! Then when I received it, everything was cold and the fries never have any seasoning! Who is seasoning the fries??? They need better training. Horrible location
Definitely the best Wingstop to go to, food is always fresh. The employees are friendly, if there ever is any problems with your order or anything in general victor the manager does all that he can to make things right to fix it. True definition of how a manager should be. This is the only Wingstop I come to, hands down the best one.

Doesn't matter if you order on the app you atill have to wait. Ordered to pick up got there 15 min early waited till it said ready. Went in and they hadn't even started on my order
