Destiny and Elsie gave excellent customer service. The bathrooms were very clean. The food came fast fresh and delicious ?. Thank everyone at this location. We ordered the 24pc Family Classic. I really like this item on the menu. We enjoy the price for the portions. Thank you Destiny and Elsie for making our visit exceptional. We will return.
This is the worst place to order from. I came into the place to order it’s been 26 minutes for 2 small meals I still have yet to receive. The staff completely ignores anyone at the counter after paying for your food. All here been waiting over 20 min
Order took way too long for how busy they were. Friendly staff thou... Boneless wings were a rip off, McDonald's nuggets are way bigger then what we got. Not worth the $30 for 2 meals
I came in last night ordered the thigh bites and wanted them plain with the bbq sauce on side.. I don't know what they were tossed in but my mouth was on fire.
Where to begin… I was on the phone for 19 minutes and 38 seconds on hold before they even answered the phone the second time. As I arrived into the store Myself and another customet we’re not even acknowledged. There were five other people standing by the cooler and the little front part area just talking and not acknowledging anyone. I was inside the store for over four minutes before one of them asked me if I had been helped. Wingstop you have got to do better, hire people who actually want to work. Completely disappointed as I have been coming to this location for almost 4 years.
The wait for a six piece is 20 minutes?!?!? Should let customers know of the wait time before taking the order and the money. I waited, just to give the benefit of the doubt. But no, it was over 20 min.
Last time coming to this location i asked 5 boneless wings only for my kid and the cashier told me that i have to get a combo to get the wings i didnt see no sign at all that says i have to buy the combo to get the wings. I had been to different locations and i had ordered before and they do make them but she had this lazy look on her eyes. So i totally wont be coming to this location at all. Wingstop needs to pay attention to them lazy employees they got.
My favorite location by far, the food is always on time and made just right. The staff is friendly and accommodating

This little place always has good service and the quality of the food is always great. If you’re in the area do yourself I a favor and skip the other places around here like Broadway wings. You will be happy you did I promise.
