A few months back I had a minor issue where I only received part of my order. No big deal, contacted the corporate line and explained the situation, specifically mentioning the good service and understanding that they were busy, basically just wanting a voucher or refund for the food I had missed. Instead I got a tone-deaf response from some alleged general or district manager and some reassurances that they probably reprimanded some poor overworked cashier and didn't offer any refund for the food I paid for and never received. Oh well, hopefully that management is no longer there cause if so they were pretty dense.
Order number 217426...went to eat there tonite, food was cold,charged extra just to have my jalapeños grilled on my number 4. Asked for napkins and Cedric never brought them to my table. Wife ordered a number 12 her food also cold....we were just hungry and decided to eat cause didn't feel like dealing with any interruptions. Also girl who was on fryer makin the fries n chicken strips banged container that had crumbs from left over chicken all over the cashier counter,crumbs went flying everywhere...I'm sure u can play that back on your camera n see that...this establishment used to b good, straight trash now
I been to this location for years and everyone is always kind. But lately I been doing curbside and James has been a great addition to this location. He always makes sure that we get everything we need and is quick to bring out our orders.
3rd time in a row we have come here, and waited 40 minutes in the drive thru. Not only that but the second time in a row they've messed up our order. Will not come here again
This is now three trips through the drive through and three wrong orders, I actually got chastised by the drive threw attendant for questioning my order. When you order a hamburger and get a chicken combo, it’s not even argumentative at this point … you are just wrong , but the worker insisted, I love Whataburger, but the Fairmont location and the redbluff location are horrible
Very clean place... kind employees fast service... but I have to give ⭐⭐⭐only because while I was there I see a employee eating her dinner... but she didn't wash her hands before she returned to work ? she just walked straight into the kitchen. A few minutes later, I think she knew I see her and she went to the restroom... but after she touched everything.... other then that. It's a good place.
In almost 6 years, this location has messed up my order only 2 times! Each time they have given it to me free on my next visit. This last time they went above and beyond. I had ordered my usual (#1 meal), and ordered my burger how I always do...whataburger with cheese, sub mayo, all the way. I got home and had a burger with meat and cheese only....no veggies!! I called and talked to the manager. She wrote down my name and order #. On my next visit, I got the whole meal free! They gave me a large fries instead of medium, and, they even threw in a lemon pie! Thanks Whataburger!! You're the best!!!
I ordered the new Hatch Green Chile bacon burger and it was dry with the green chilies piled in the center. I used a knife to spread them around. Overall though the burger was dry and tasteless. I found myself dipping it in ketchup to counter how dry it was.The staff was very polite and helpful and the restaurant was very clean but the food was a letdown.
We have been going to this location for quite sometime but recently we have met the most incredible employee Mr.James who goes above and beyond to serve his customers! We go to this location just for the hospitality James offers us and the quick and efficient service will be coming back to this location only, always very clean and fast service thank you James!
I literally try giving this place multiple chances. This is the 3rd time I order a double meat through the whataburger app, and they give me a single. I don’t get what I pay for. I’m not coming here anymore. I’d rather drive to Spencer and Canada
