Food was cold, I remember when the meat was cooked to order and not pre cooked and left in a tray that made the meat cold
Very clean, well maintained establishment.. never could go wrong with the Whataburger Bacon, cheese, jalapeños with onion rings. The dining room was warm but as soon I mentioned it to an attendant, they turned on air conditioner quickly
There is no way I will ever again wait 30 minutes in a Drive-Thru line for food, so I have resorted to ordering curbside. My food is never on time. I wait 10 to 15 minutes every time. The young man who brought out my food did so with absolutely no urgency. Yall need to work on this. Whatabuger is FAST food.
This location gets the order right and is consistent. The restaurant is clean with attentive staff. Kudos to management.
Given I did an early morning order via app, by the time I got there, it was ready. Before forecasted time. Wasn't slap dashed thrown together and tossed in the bag like McDs
I used to come here twice a week cause the food is great I used to order large fries and medium drink with my meal. But after many times not getting my large fries. I had to stop ordering them and stop coming 2 times a week.I ask for picante sauces on the side no ketchup cause I don't like the ketchup flavor half the time I don't get the picante sauces.The receipt says what I order and it takes the money out for the fries.What is that called stealing or just lazy uneducated can't read I'm sure that's part of their simple job.Who ever bags my food is the problem no one else
I love this Whataburger!!! The whole place is always wiped down clean including the restrooms. The staff there is also fast and with smiling faces.
I love whataburger more than any sane woman should, I have found myself at 3am drinking the gravy out of the little cups they give it to you in, and when I go and I order extra gravy they never forget so I never have extra unnecessary human interaction and the best part is they never judge me outwardly for my eating habits, how often I eat there, or that I get the exact same thing every single time (#13, large fry, 3 gravy, maybe 4 if I'm feeling it, sweet tea). Get whataburger, you won't regret it. The workers are pretty cool too, down for a laugh and as happy as anyone working in fast food can reasonably be. Jadon deserves a raise ?

Usually good but last time I got a burger at this location it was cold and the bun was soggy, probably from not draining the lettuce. Couldn’t even finish it, and the fries were cold and stale to top it off. Seemed odd considering it was very busy which normally means the food should be freshly cooked. Whataburger just isn’t what it used to be when I used to work there 10 years ago everything was cooked after it was ordered. Honestly would prefer to wait longer for hot food.
