Foods amazing and all but be careful they will charge you extra for food and not give it to you. I agreed since well I think he’s new and didn’t want to wait any longer that I should have. So I got charged for 4 extra spicy strips but never got them. Got home and asked my dad if that was in his box and he said yes but shouldn’t there be 3 only and we’ll that’s we’re it lies. Only reason why it’s 5 stars so more people can see it and tbh this will be more effective in so many levels.
I went to this Whataburger. Apparently the cashier Anna M served me very rude. She talked back to me, doesn’t have patient, and wanted us to order quickly and leave. Not coming back to this Whataburger again.
Nice clean Whataburger. I go inside to get my order because the drive thru is sometimes a bit crowded. But the employees are friendly, the place clean and the food nice and hot.
Very disappointed the rudness at the counter Anna M she was so rude as if she is selling for free, we ordered few burgers and she was in rush in completing her order and never asked if we are adding, not expected
I ordered two mushroom Swiss burgers and they added onions to them, So I return to the store and talked to the manager and she refused to remake them And would not issue a refund because the order was made online so I’m just out of 10 dollars. Stealing from customers like this should be illegal. I’ve contacted the Whataburger app twice and still have not received a resolution on the issue and still haven’t received the two correctly made burgers I paid for. The manager should be fired for refusing to provide the service that she’s paid to do. Can you imagine a bank manager taking someone’s deposit and refusing to put it in their bank account and they’re being absolutely no recourse???
I love Whataburger but I have had issues with both our locations in Rosenberg. Wait time is really bad and it makes it worse when you find out your order is wrong and your burgers are cold. I don't mind a wait time for a fresh meal but that has not been the case at these locations. Now for the workers that are outside taking the orders and having to hear the complaints, they are great. They have been very apologetic, kind and have done their best to correct the issue.
There was not really a wait when I was in the drive thru, or so I thought. My mom wanted 1 whataburger with grilled jalapeños without fries or a drink. I get to the front, pay and the guy is already asking me if I can pull around and someone will bring my food out. Someone was already in that spot blocking me in the drive thru line from even pulling up. He saw that and said oh, I was trying to get the bar behind you to pay, let me see, and walked off. Getting payment from all of the vehicles shouldn't be what they strive to do to get the cars out of the drive through so they're not backed up. After a few minutes he comes back with my burger. I'm not sure why it took so long for a single burger. I'm guessing because the other cars that pulled up were already waiting on their food and there was associates standing outside. I'll just keep going to the one near my home instead.
This is the best whataburger in the area… consistent food and amazing customer service! I’m never disappointed!
I ordered grilled onions on my burger and they didn’t add them. I got Strawberry Fanta , and it had gas but it didn’t have any flavor. My fries felt old and were cold , my burger was also cold. I was very unsatisfied
Some reason every time they tell u park in front will bring food out to u. But they seem to do that with every car or truck and it's to much even when they get the food wrong. And other words it's ? to keep going thru the same thing. But that's up to management to fix that. Not the employees. They need to change up there plan and it will be alot better
