overall good experience love that they had everything I wanted in stock
Been going to this store for a good long while, I do keep finding what I really need. and most of the time I find new things that I do want and can be use for my home or stuff that I want to use for certain occasions. Whether be outing or for fun activities. The only down is the lines, because every day there's only a few registers open.
Easy to pick up and quick service in and out. Love the app curbside pickup
It’s horrible service. How do you only have 2 registers opened at 12:00 on a Monday. And have employees just standing around talking doing nothing. And on top of that self checkout is only taking cards? Seriously, I had to spend 28 minutes in line just to check out with 4 items. This Walmart is by far the worse one when it comes to speed of service. And don’t complain about anything wrong here because the managers will only say “We’re doing the best we can sir”. Yeah, sure you are.
Clean store but the self checkouts? I mean what is the purpose of having them if they are closed or are always down? Visited 3 times in 2 days and half the self checkouts are down. For a multi-billion dollar company, you can do better
Curbside pickup is where it's at guys! You do all your shopping on the Walmart App. Choose a pick up time and just show up. You don't have to wait an eternity in line on that one register that's open. Haha. The most I've waited is like 5 minutes in my car & they load everything in for you. Super fast & convenient if you're a busy person or just don't like big crowds. Perfect for introverts.
They have the worse Team Leader at thus store since she was so rude about addressing an issue in price. Then she lied about the price I told her I saw saying she walked all the way over there and she saw another item for the price i stated and not the item I said and walks away. I then follow a bit further behind her and she went to remove the other items like the one I was trying to by so it wouldn't be where it was on special. And she got offended when I told her so you did see the item I said you're just moving to keep on saying she didn't know what I saw. Very disappointed in walmart as I thought they honor what they advertised in store even if it was a store shelving mistake.
I have called Walmart like a thousand times they never..... never.. answer I been calling these people since last year it just rings and rings and rings . I'm about to go up there just to call and see if their phone even works. Cause if that's the case they just choose not to answer customers calls just so they can have a easier day at work . I have a issue that needs to be resolved.. I'd really love for them to do their job for the minimum wage they get paid to do
I was very disappointed. I ordered items before the cut off time. It was very important to get those today. The items were for someone who lost items in a fire. Plus, there was a death. So now, I had to cancel the order because the family was leaving town. I may reorder. Maybe.
