Since new management took over this place has really transformed. From fast service to a cool looking ambiance this is my new to go spot for fresh home-cooked Mexican food. The prices are very reasonable and their salsa roja has an AMAZING flavor. The wait staff is also very friendly and engaging, not like other places where you can't even get them to say hello. Whoever the new management is keep up the good work.
The table was dirty, and I didn’t find the waitress to be that attentive for as empty as it was. They served us chips and salsa and little bowls of fideo, which I had never seen before so that was neat.Right off the red salsa tasted weird to me, but I thought that i just didn’t like their recipe. My dad said it had no flavor, so he salted it, and tried again. We ended up just not eating it. I thought it tasted like cleaner/chemical. We got some queso, which was fine. The green sauce had a nice kick to it.I ordered Jamaica and it tasted off, so I asked for a coke instead. My dad ordered the tacos and he isn’t a complainer, but even he said he wouldn’t want to return to this location. The beef was seasoned well, but everything else either tasted very bland or cross contaminated with cleaning supplies. I had high hopes for this place. Hopefully I just came on an off day. The people were nice but the food just wasn’t good, sorry.
Don’t like most of the Mexican food places around the area but this one I do. Good atmosphere, good vibes , and good food. Waitresses were very attentive and helpful with whatever questions I had. Chips & salsa were bomb, didn’t end there when the food came out it made my mouth water and damn it hit the spot. Definitely not a let down and will be coming here again.
Left my 300 dollar glasses there on Sunday I wonder if anyone was kind enough to put them aside for me??
Not returning here. Service was very poor and food not good. For the service... one waitress to handle 3 tables while management was in the supposedly close area on his phone not paying attention to anything. Took forever for them to take our orders. For the food... chicken was dry and hard. They tried making up with leftover soup. Not happy. When it came to check out the manager and others saw us at the front to pay and they just continued there on their phones. Don't recommend at all!
New location. Clean, VERY friendly, and good food. But service was pretty slow. I'll give it another try - maybe it's the current problems with staff availability. ?.?.
Good food but sometimes can take a while to get to you but overall this place is great
I don't know what happened, but the place before this had really good food. My wife doesn't complain about anything. She complained like I have never seen in the 36 years together. Meals that we ordered were 13.99 and 12.99 respectfully. There was not even a bit of flavor. The food was as bland as can be. We will never be back. The service was great butt we were the only 2 in the restaurant. I wonder why? I am in a business where I converse worth alot of people and I will advise them of my experience. Dan
Breakfast plate was good, green sauce off the chain...if the flour tortillas were homemade it would have been perfect.
