i come here anytime i’m craving authentic mexican food. the charro beans are always served hot and are my personal favorite.diana is the best server along with kelly, juany, karina and naty. even when they are busy, they always give 100%i’m here all the time and for good reason! it’s always a good experience and food quality is 100
Called to ask for a refund and the man said this happened on my way home. I accept mistakes happen but when you try to blame the customer? It’s unnecessary. I went back for a refund and the manager made it seem like I was in the wrong and exaggerating. Would you eat this? Would you pay to eat this? Why not just tell me they’re out of avocado? Lol would give 0 stars for the attitude alone. The manager rolled his eyes at me at his fossil age, I’m sorry for the life you’ve lived that’s made you like that.
I don’t have to say much. Look at this and tell me if you’d pay to eat this. It should’ve been an easy refund, no hassle but the manager wanted to blame me for it looking this way and even rolled his eyes at me. I wasted my time driving back to get a refund and to also get attitude from a man in his 50s? Unnecessary.
We used to love coming here and supporting this local business but their food lately has been trash. My asada julio literally taste and looks like carne seca. They gave us lemons instead of limes and the lemons are going bad. So horrible that this plate of food cost 15 dollars for such mediocre food. Get it together guys nothing is ever consistent. The charro beans looked like they were finishing and just through water in them horrendous!
They charged 3 dollars for unsweetened tea... also no chips and salsa while u wait. The enchiladas del Julio needs more red sauce. The service was good tho
Definitely try the weekday specials which include a drink! My favorites are the enchiladas, flautas and the enchiladas and caldo de rez special.
