That Rosa de Guadalupe episode must of been JUICY because they were not picking up the phone smh! The food is great but those two ladies working at night do not care about customer service. I literally called 10 times hoping that the episode was finished! When I pulled up the episode was barley half way ? Once again GREAT food BUT TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT NIGHT and I’m talking about f the short lady with the curly pony tail and the heavy set one with the gold hoops.

Great birria tacos for the price, with all the necessary toppings included.To all the losers leaving negative reviews about price and cook quality-$3.33 a taco is average for birria; Other places charge more. If you can’t afford to pay $17 for 4 tacos and a jarritos en botella, then don’t eat out and eat your mom’s food at home.And birria is slow cooked for hours, and I’d assume they make a big quantity of it so they would need some big cookware for this business. What makes you think they would do all that in a tiny truck where barely 3 people fit standing up? Use your peabrain before you try to bash someone’s place of business. Pinche raza chillona

Should be only half a star the food was a waist of money n very expensive also the gordita was not even a gordita 2 corn tortillas put together and the birra was no flavor meat was old n I seen it for my self they don't cook the food there a lady brings it from her home I guess they make tacos to but not there no smoke from the grill like you see n all taco trucks plus the drinks over priced the agua freska r not fresh I'm a big supporter of food trucks but not a supporter of getting ripped off so if you don't see smoke n smell the great smell of meat n onions cooking n they still serving tacos mite want to think before buying
Decided to support the local food trucks in the area. I ordered 4 birria tacos with cheese and add avocado with a jarritos. Ended up paying 17$. Seems a bit expensive since you can sit down and eat at a restaurant for the same price if not cheaper but the food was good not great but good. I get trying to make your money but due to the price won’t be going back.

The food is good but if your using your debit card they charge an extra dollar. Which is double what other places charge. That is being greedy. Just be prepared
